G4 changed the entire outlook of MLP. The plots were entertaining, and the voice cast was perfect. I hope that we see more g4 content in g5 in the future.

Because currently MLP is a worthless franchise. And that's because of Hasbro. The first seasons of MLP:FIM were funny in a way. Lauren Faust's vision of MLP was good and interesting. But now that vision is gone for MLP. Hasbro has done it and changed it in worse. Hasbro really ruined MLP. They destroyed the original vision of Lauren Faust about this franchise and turned it in something made without creativity and passion to sell toys. They could make it a good franchise for families (kids and even adults), but they made it something for people without good taste. Sometimes you just have to move on to discover other things of quality to appreciate.

MLP died with G4 for me. It was the best generation of MLP ever, and it will probably hold that title for many, many generations to come. FiM was legit a whole cultural reset, and i'm so sad how G5 has essentially destroyed everything Twilight and her friends worked so hard for. I'm at least relieved the fandom lives on. The fandom lives on... but is there still ponycons? I think unfortunately, the phenomena has ended. And it's a shame. I never had the money to travel to one but I heard so many good things about the cons, how everyone was so nice, passionate and trying to be their best self. Reaching out to isolated people too. I feel COVID destroyed what bronies built.

Being an Alicorn must suck, in the first episode we learn that Luna was trapped in the moon for 1000 years, but it means that they are at least 1000 years old each and still look young. We also know that Celestia was alive before Ponyville was even built and she looked the same in Granny Smiths flashback. So Smith went from a little child to a Granny and Celestia didn’t age one bit. So Twilight would certainly outlive her friends. This is sad cause Celestia made Twilight a princess but worse made her be the princess of friendship while full on knowing that she would end up outliving her friends. But Twilight isn’t the only one, Cadance and Flurry are alicorns but Shinning Armour isn’t. I found it very odd that in the finale a lot of characters showed up and yet we never got to see Flurry Heart all grown up. I think it’s because the writers didn’t want to tackle this issue, since Cadance is an alicorn she would definitely outlive her husband. So Cadance and Flurry would have to watch Shinnig grow old and die while both of them were still young. The princess of Love would have to live for hundreds of years without her true love. So they might have made Shinning Armour also be an alicorn that way they could live longer as a family but still found it odd that they were never shown in the finale. So being an alicorn must be terrible as they outlive everyone around them except for members of a few select species
But here’s the kicker, flurry isn’t a true Alicorn(it’s been a long time since I watched the show so I might be wrong)
She is a hybrid of pegasus and unicorn, the Pegasus was from Cadance and unicorn from shiny armor, so she might live longer then a pony but she will die eventually, and spike will have to die as well.
I believe dragons live for a thousand years, so yes he will be alive for a very long time but they will get old and start to die, he isn’t immortal like twilight or celestia.
So she will have no family left, nor her friends, and likely will have to wait until she either dies by someone.
I always thought immortality would be a curse I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. You have to endure so much pain and sorrow, If I were immortal, I wouldn’t bother making any friends because I just know I would outlive them and have to see them die. It would be so sad.
If I were immortal I would legit just kms because I can’t bear the thought of watching everyone I love die.

IT'S NOT EVEN 9AM AND YOU MADE ME CRY 🥺🥺🥺😢😢😢😭😭😭 This is utterly heartbreaking..I know spike is with her since dragons are practically immortal like alicorns, but she doesn't have *them*. The ponies who made her who she is, each memory and experience just one pastel brick that from a simple foundation, built up over the decades into a vast Palace where her heart resides, surrounded by them. As her face cracked, so did my heart.. I'm not even that fond of twilight.. but being forced to be an immortal leader of an entire country to live forever without her friends seems like a fate worse than death. My OC would be dead by then too, so she couldn't help 🥺 (she's a psychologist and doctor).

Words cannot describe how much fun it was growing up with MLP. Never thought some multicolored ponies could make me miss my childhood this much. They mean a lot to me, and I'm sure you'll all agree. But just because G4 is over, doesn't mean we have to leave those memories behind. Those episodes, that world, its escapism...those wonderful characters...will always be there when we're ready to look back again. :)
I just hope Hasbro can do what it needs to do in order to keep people interested in the franchise - which IMO involves understanding what it is that made FiM work as well as it did, and take those raw elements (not tied to any specific world, characters, stories, etc - especially many of those lessons are in the execution, production of the show) and apply them to future generations.
Hol’ up…is there a chance that the royal family of G4 is also in G5?
@@AgentCelestia2 From what we know about alicorns in G4 and G5, barring any kind of magic killing them, it is very possible that Celestia, Luna, Cadence, and Flurry Heart (and Twilight, of course) are still alive somewhere.
I'm still coping with the fact that I never got into MLP until 2023 😭

The more I try to understand this and seen the ending, the more I finally realized what it meant. Poor Twilight. She had to watch her friends grow old and eventually pass while she stays the same as an immortal being. At least Spike is still with here since dragons can also live forever i guess, but still, she had to watch her friends, the ones that have been with her in her journey, the ones who helped her become the pony she was at the end of the show, die right before her eyes. Rest in Peace Little Ponies, so as long as we remember them and share stories about the things they have done for Equestria and for us, then they are truly never gone
I say she's making Luster Dawn her successor so she can die with her friends.

times are tough, times are changing... but what keeps you going, is the ones who you met along your journey, and the memories you made with it. our story isn't over yet, there's still more to discover, new wonderful things that it'll happen as you grow older, and the challenges that you'll face too.

We've all grown up so fast without feeling or realizing how quick time has gone by.
If there's anything this video teaches, always try to spend your valuable time with the people you hold very close to your heart.

MLP FiM created a huge universe and left such a mark on world culture that cannot dissolve.
I am sure that in the future we will have a good continuation of the story (and not a bad G5), perhaps they will film a prequel (the story of the founding of Equestria, the training of Celestia and Luna, etc.), there will be sequels based on MLP related to G4. I'm sure ponies can still make everyone fall in love with them.
So don’t despair, new armors are constantly coming into the fandom and everything is in our hands, we can bring a new dawn closer after this sunset!

Our fandom really is wonderful and I'm glad that it is still so active and still attracting new people. Such a prequel and sequel would really be something amazing and I would eagerly await their release. I hope Hasbro will surprise us all someday

Many have gone to do other things, and that's perfectly natural and rightful. But the ones who DECIDED to remain for good reasons, wether make good content or be good friends with the community that's still out there...That's when you encounter the true form and force of this show and it's fandom.
I love it to death, for some reason. It is something that feels deep and personal. You really have to watch, enjoy, feel the whole package (show and fandom), and it has to STRUCK you to understand all this madness, this phenomenon. You had (or HAVE) to be there to really catch it up. I'm happy some can understand it, after all this time that is.
It’s kinda sad if the MLP characters never shown up from the newer generation to make us bronies and fanatics upset. Also in loving memory of Akira Toriyama, you always be around in anime. You shall be missed. 😢

What a childhood. Both your videos and MLP.
For what it's worth in my opinion shouldn't have ended as it had the most rememberable character outlooks in design. I especially have add how well animated and animation style was. Storyline was also great. Many things I have to say cannon or not my whole thing is I couldn't move on to the next big thing and prefer the classics. I miss the 2000s before the great change. So many smiles and hugs of goodbyes as stories come to an end and new ones come to take their place
that's unfortunately how merchandise-driven cartoons work. Once toy sales start declining, the show that accompained them gets the ax.
G4 was is and always will be pony.

It's true, Looking back at memories can be painful. But as long as you cherish and or hold on to those memories the one's you lost will always be with you.
Twilight will never truly be alone, Because even though her original friends are gone she will always remember them. And deep down Twilight knows that her friends wouldn't want her to spend the rest of her life grieving over them. They would want her to continue to live her life and make new friends, But no new friends Twilight could make would ever take the place that her original friends have in Twilights heart!
Anyway, Once again Storm you've brought another absolute masterpiece to life! The Mane 6's journey may have come to an end. But the memories we have of them will continue to live on! You did such a sensational and astounding job on this project make no mistake about it!!!!

in just a couple of weeks, I became very attached to this channel. I joined the fandom recently, before that MLP was just a memory from my childhood. It is a pity that in 14 years so many people have stopped creating, or even left the Internet. It is not very pleasant to meet such talented works that the author himself forgot about a long time ago. MLP FiM created a huge universe and left such a mark on world culture that cannot dissolve.
I am sure that in the future we will have a good continuation of the story (and not a bad G5), perhaps they will film a prequel (the story of the founding of Equestria, the training of Celestia and Luna, etc.), there will be sequels based on MLP related to G4. I'm sure ponies can still make everyone fall in love with them.
So don’t despair, new armors are constantly coming into the fandom and everything is in our hands, we can bring a new dawn closer after this sunset!

damn this one really hit hard but I can't help but appreciate the level of detail that really makes it feel like old memories that have faded, I felt a pain in my heart watching this knowing Twilight outlived all her friends and is reminiscing on the past

I remember i came across your channel when i was a teenager in highschool still watching MLP G4 and watched your my little dashie video that honestly made me cry and now as a 26 year old Man, it still makes me sad that G4 Ended going on to 5 years ago and G5 cannot hold the candle because G4 was very special that inspired so many children even adults, watching this brings back so many memories and I feel very sad for twilight here even for discord who also outlived his friends especially Fluttershy. 😭
