The only thing I may have done differently is the interior, don't get me wrong that interior is sick. But with that drop top I'd have gone with a tan or off white to really set it off with the color of the paint, but it's amazing the way it is💯
Well the best thing about a resto mod is now you've got a car that'll corner and stop which older cars did not do they were badass in a straight line but they handled like garbage and most did not stop worth a crap. I've had several old muscle cars Camaros 67 LeMans couple of 70 mustangs they're all great cars it's a drag strip but if you wanted to go riding the twisties a little bit or just day-to-day driving they sucked. I think there's times when we tend to over romanticize the old stuff and we forget that it really wasn't as good as we remember.
When people are trying to sell resto mods maybe they should leave it primer and ask what color people want and paint it custom to their chosen color with a deposit of course....just thinkin outloud cuz not everybody has same color tastes and that would be a good selling point....inguess there's always the wrap option.

Electric cut outs are pretty reliable as long as you don't run the wiring close to the pipes or excessively use them . If you're just doing track racing or want to show out once in a while they hold up well I've had mine done about three years ago and haven't had any serious issues. Yet.
