No, every ramen brand in SK isn’t halal because Koreans love to eat meat, they incorporate it in everything. However this brand, Samyang, has halal ramen, just look for the certified halal sticker to be sure 👍

It uses vinegar and doesn’t mention alcohol in the ingredients (at least the bottle I have) Regardless, Just always make sure to read the ingredients list before eating. Stay halal everyone ✊
I did buy one and tempted because there was halal logo on it. Untiiil, I found "spirite" or whatever that was in the ingredients, and it was alcohol for sure 😂😂😂 I was so hard broken at that time. I threw it away 😢 it was not cheap ugh...

There are recipes to make gochujang online where you can choose not to ferment it long enough to produce alcohol in case you want to try.
But it isnt khamr, so i thought it would be okay since it‘s ethanol (for Hanafis)
