I have concern about this dude being double dapple due to the pink note and large/asymmetrical white patches. Please read into this possibility and avoid the breeder in future. It’s very irresponsible of them. This often comes with deafness, blindness and other health issues. He’s gorgeous, but be aware x
Hi, thanks for sharing your concern. We were made aware of this possibility as well, and was assured from the breeders that he is not double dapple. He is actually piebald dapple (mom is piebald and dad is dapple) and there has been no research yet to state that a Dapple Piebald can have the same health risks as a Double Dapple Dachshund. We also had him checked with the vet regularly and he is a very healthy pup. Please follow our channel to see our adventures 🥰
