I like watch viedeo many time because this history of my tribe and been happen a ong time ago but God is same and only one who have give forgiveness to my tribe about 5 misssionary and today many of young people they are in things of this darkness world but I apreciate to Steve and his family for that video is !AWESOME! GOD bless you BROTHER
THEY DID NOT TAKE THE LIFE OF OUR ALMIGHTY GOD LORD KING YESHUAH JESUS CHRIST, HE WILLINGLY LAID IT DOWN FOR ALL HUMAN BEINGS SAKE! AND HE IS GOD WHO IS IN CONTROL AND TOOK UP HIS LIFE AGAIN! AMEN! MARANATHA!
Awesome song ! We may not understand why we go through some terrible things here on earth but who are we to question God. In his kingdom we will see the whole picture but when we see God and Jesus face to face it won't matter. Even though it is hard to just trust God during terrible times we need to try. He will help us through. He has done so for me more times than I can count on both hands. Praise God !
Awesome music video! I just read about this in Steven's book "Between Heaven & the Real World", a book I have re-read many times but decided to pick it up again and re-read because I saw him in concert at Fish Fest Saturday, Aug 19th in Salem, Oregon and he gave a AWESOME concert!
I was blessed to hear Steve Saint (Slain Nate Saint's son) and Mincaye (One of the men involved in the slaying of the missionaries) on Steven Curtis Chapmans tour discussing "Beyond the Gates of Splendor." He spoke with great passion and fervor of Jesus Christ and his own redemption. Mincaye said after the tour he was going back to his tribe to be among his people. I wonder if he did indeed pass to be with his Savior?
Out of the deepest pain comes the greatest praise. He truly is God. May Steven continue to be a river of blessings to others through the songs of his life. I know I'm one that got caught in the current of His Love!
This song debuted in Lubbock, Texas, on Sep 11, 2001. They played it repeatedly that day- after the towers fell. Every time I hear this song, I remember the twin towers falling that day.
Even more powerful & relevant in November 2021.
Elizabeth Elliot , Jim Elliot and Nate Saint are my forever heroes 💔
Love this song, our journey with the Lord is never unseen, he holds us lovingly and walks alongside us. He is such an amazing Father.💕

We go through terrible things because we deserve it. What we DONT deserve is God’s grace and mercy .

This song speaks much truth in my life. There is a million reasons in this life that DO NOT make sense. And I just have to let God be Lord and I Am.
There aren’t words! Gods work is beyond understanding!
Gods Not Dead 😊He Lives in You 😊
I'd love to meet those five courageous men who gave their lives to preach to the Waodoni in heaven one day.
This song still wows me!!!!
