I love how there's an entire Sims lore about the strange and mysterious life story of Bella Goth that youtubers love and exploring and explaining, and Jim just hooks up with her super non-chalantly
As someone who loves the townies with lore but hates Mortimer, this was honestly the best of both worlds. I honestly prefer seeing her with eggplant Jim over whatever the sanitised TS4 versions did to that family.
Well it doesn't help that none of the lore is translated ingame. If the devs don't make an effort to blend lore and gameplay, it's simply easy to ignore. But this kinda sums up Sims 4 as a whole
