I don’t see the point of red light therapy if you’re clothed and if it’s not on your face? I’ve only seen red light therapy associated with facial skin care How did you feel muscle wise? And as far as recovery?
Great point. I should clarify that I don’t wear clothes when I am not filming for TH-cam. If I was filming that I think I’d have to upload to another site 👀. This makes me feel great. I am always so relaxed after and have noticed I always sleep better on the nights I use this, which in turn further aids in my body’s recovery. This is by far the best item I reviewed in 2023 from my personal experience!
Yes, but heat healer recommended keeping your head outside of the sauna - not entirely sure why but I think it has more to do with the design rather than the benefit.

I’ll add red light therapy works on your whole body. Same effects as advertised for your face.
