Love the Alpha and Omega series. I like the Mercy Thompson series too, but Anna and Charles are one of my favorite book couples. Love the Others series by Anne Bishop too. It is definitely a very slow build, but Meg and Simon are my all time favorite book couple. That series is just chef's 😘. Love Kresley Cole's IAD series, the 🐺 books tend to be my favorites in the series (especially Wicked Deeds On A Winter's Night and MacRieve). All things Ilona Andrews are amazing.

For those who are wondering wolf shifters and werewolves are very different... In many ways like werewolves are wrathful huge dire wolf beast who are the living definition of on sight and might be immortal while wolf shifters people that turn into wolves.

You finally pushed me over the edge with Wolfsong in your vlog the other day. I am 100 pages in. The first meeting of Joe and Ox made me squeal... This book is so interesting! I loved the Kincade siblings too!!! Mercy and Riley made me so happy! I am kind of burned out on the series after book 11, so I am taking a step away for now, but I want to get back into it eventually. And YES IAD is a must!!!

Patricia Briggs is why I’m hunting for more. If y’all haven’t read her books yet they are so good if you like a lot of world building and slow burn romance. Thankfully there isn’t any instant love trope which I hate. If you haven’t read them definitely look up the timeline of the story and read it in chronological order instead of publication order. Makes for a better experience. Worth the bouncing around between Mercy Thompson series, Alpha and Omega series and the companion short story collection called Shifting Shadows. If you read it in publication order some events will be spoiled for you through out the collection. Any recommendation for a lot of world building, fae romance, slow burn,etc. Basically like Patricia Briggs and SJM?
I’ve read most of the Mercy Thompson and Alpha and Omega books. I stopped after Burn Bright because of the whole Mercy & Bran thing. It ticked me off and I just didn’t like the rewriting of history done in that story. So I haven’t picked up any of the newer books in either series since that was published. My rec is Carissa Broadbent! Daughter of No Worlds is the first of a completed trilogy (my personal fav). The Serpent and the Wings of Night is the first of a six book series. First two books will complete the romantic arch for one couple and then it will focus on another one in the third book etc. Only one book out so far.
I want to recommend the true immortality novel series by S. Young. The first one is war of hearts focused on a werewolf hero and a special (don’t wanna spoil it😂) heroine. I love them both so so much because they deserved their happiness and the world building is so so good. I’m yet to read the final book in the series because I can’t seem to find it online anywhere 🤧, but when I do, I’m gonna gobble it all up. It’s just 4 books and I hope you enjoy it. It is one of my most recent finds and I was so so happy that I found it. I’m having problems finding some really good pnr that have logical world building with attention sucking world building.

Well .....I don't find the exact same storyline but I do found a book with such story type and for me it almost seems alike so the name of that book is : "THE DARK KING " it is on wattapad and just like above description ...in it the female lead has family and she shift to her grandparents house with her family and .......and she actually went to a abounded castle and with a book she actually awake a beast from his 1000s years sleep and ............ Its also on the Deame app, but there you get to read chapter 1-4 then pay every chapter after. There is 99 chapters. Check it out.
Can't wait to read wolfsong and wolf Gone Wild when they get a bit older and I can then buy them use cheaper have a real hard time reading books on my phone I have ADHD and I get so distracted but things are expensive being a mommy does not help with the expensive part but my babies are worth it of course i do absolutely love sherrilyn Kenyon dark Hunter series
i'm sure these are great but .... not even one of them sounded remotely tempting :/ i love werewolves but I haven't found anything worth reading to the end. they all have the same stupid tropes. way too much world building, secret societies, packs living on compounds like a weird religious cult from the 90's or some dumb crap like that. How to secude a naked werewolf ALMOST won me over until she did the same thing towards the middle. lost all interest. it was a shame because the writer did a great job with the main characters and community. but she dumped all over it with the cliché pack/mafia style dynamics. i'm also sick of the overused "gotta find muh mate! :P " trope.... where the HELL did that come from and why do people like it? why do they think this is normal or the basis for a healthy relationship? it's like the old fashioned "parents chose my wife" tradition.
Probably don’t have the same taste in werewolf romance then 🤷♀️ And the concept of soulmates is very common in paranormal romance so you’ll probably run into that trope no matter what you pick up, I’m sorry to say.
