- THIS IS ONE OF THE VERY IMPORTANT VIDEO
In this Video I have discussed Wade Rule and Wade Mingos rule in simplest way;
After watching this video you will be able to assign Closo, Nido, Arachno, to given complex alongwith geometry of the cluster.
Please give the link of the paper related to [Re(H)9]2-
What does eta denotes please calrifies please i got stuck in it
Amazing video sir..keep making videos for NET and GATE.
As per your taught if normal boranes then we should apply formula as T.v.e- 2n divided by 2 then we get SE pairs which tells geometry but in case of B5H9 it not follow it is square planer why? Kindly regards me! But we get 7 SE pairs it corresponds to pentagonal bipyrmidal but answer is square pyramidal why ? kindly sir! Regards as soon as
Thank you very much for making it this simple.
Keep up the good work sir ☺
isha9560, thanks for the appreciation 😊😊
I have doubt in geometry, for SE Pairs , number of vertices is less than one
eg SEP= 4, number of vertices are 3 and geometry is triangular
Please explain
[Rh6C(CO)15]2- structure is trigonal prism.. Not what you mentioned tricapped trigonal prism.. And you said that CSIR is mistakenly did this.. No.. It's actual answer is given.. Geometry calculation from SEP-1 is not right.. It don't obey for all the cases.. We have to figure it out from TVE count
Good explanation
Sir please make video on electroneutrality principal
Sorry sir square pyramidal
Thank you so much sir.if you see this comment please upload some questions for practice at least 2or3 questions.once again thank you
Thanks for this video
Osm sir
...I only watch ur videos to clear my doubts....keep uploading more videos.... thanks sir
Superb explanation. You made me to solve many questions. Thanks a lot
19:34 no.of Skeletal electron pairs that come out using formula correspond to the geometry written. On solving [Rh6 (CO)16] SEP= 7 means pentagonal bipyramidal. ?? But it is Octahedron.
Really amazing sir... seriously i haven't find such material any where neither in books nor on Internet. I am glad i watched this. Thankyou so much sir. I will share it as much as i can.
Sir I mean for 7 it is also square pyramidal geometry adopt
Really fabulous getting short of adjectives.
thank you
Please apply Wade rule on (Bi3)2- and give it's structure
shyam sharan Tripathi, I think the question wi not contain 2-, it could be 3- or 1- bcoz with 2- we will get odd electrons and wade rule will not apply there. If you're trying to ask question from CSIR June 2017,then it was Bi³+ there
Can u plz solve ds C2 B2 H12- its structure closo. Nido. Arachno or hypho... Ds question came in dec 2014 csir
Sb4-2 is example for closo
[ReH8]2- in second question
Sn92- i got Nido ..but skeletal electrons i got 11 pairs ...means- Oct docodecahedran???
Pls rply sir
Very very Thanku so much sir.
My request to you is
Please make videos on most important formulas of physical chemistry for csir net, gate exams.
Alright 👍
In question 1) C2=(BH)2; B3H5+(BH)2=B5H7 means 5+7=12 Same do in other examples it will come right. U r teaching very good I like it.
Sir....i was going through zintl ionS....there was 2 category...lower series ..that u taught in the video...there was higher series also....i.e 4n+0=monocapped, 4n-2 bicapped....it goes. Till 4n-10=hexacapped...
Ex...Bi3Cr2(CO)6-3
Pls rply...it is important...or study only lower series
For [Rh C (CO)6]2-, you have not subtracted 2 for the C atom in the last step.. if we do that then the skeletal electron pair comes as 8..
Mam,can you explain why 2 have to substracted
Negative charge means ..addition...
But u described very well
Superrr sirrr. Thank u soo much sirr. We want more physical chemistry important topics in too easy methods
videos are already there, please check them :)
Thank you so much sir..
Please sir video banate rahna
Is this videos enough to cover topics in organometallic expect rxn mechanicm of organometallics??
Very nice sir, thanks
In isolobal ability from metal clusters how 14 electrons isolobal with 4 didn't got
Thank you so much sir
Thanku so much sir for making this video 🥳🥳very clr👍
sir, easy to understand and revising is made easy by your videos.
Thanku so much sir.. Keep helping us
Simarneet Kaur, you're welcome. Keep following the videos
Sir how to find SEP for [Rh6C(CO)15]2- complex..it contains both transition metal as well as non transition..what would be the geometry and cluster structure? Plz reply sir!
U can solve all these questions on plane paper, please actually too massive here
Thank you sir

Sjort trick v batao
sir can you please tell us how to calculate number of multiple metal-metal bond in Fe3O4 and Cr2(CH3COO)4
Sir
Geometry is based on no.of skeletal electron pair or no.of vertices..pls help
Really too gd.... Thnks a lot....
Thanks sir😊

how to calculate number of bridging carbonyls in Cp2Fe2(CO)4
where is the links that you mentioned in right corner?
Sir can u solve cluster type for (B10H13(Au(Pph3)))
At 29:27 in Mn ques there is B3H6.....so total is B4H8 not B4H10
that is B3H8 only, maybe bcoz of my handwriting it is appearing as B3H6,
Plse make more video on organometallics imp topics
I'll try to make... Till then You can also watch other videos on Organometallics uploaded by me...

Sir how to know that rhenium is exceptional case in ReH9 type question
some exception you should know, it will come by reading books
OK sir and which book
Physical chemistry csir important topics in easy methods sirr
I've already uploaded, plz watch my other videos
17.17 sec ka 22= 4×5+2 closo kyo ny hua sir
4×4+2 =22. Archna hi kyo hoga
n= number of phosphorus here, since we have 5 that's why 4×5+2=22

very good video sir thanks
Waoo..superb..Sir
Can u please solve qus no 74 of Dec 2017 set B
i think the answer should be option 2 (one and two)
But sir for LS d6 spin will be zero.how there will be e transfer..This will b spin forbidden
if you see tunabe sugano diagram for LS d6 configuration there it is clearly written that there willbe two spin allowed transitions. check james E huhyee for this.
one more request, i think you have'nt subscribed the channel bcoz your replies are kept in "held for review" section, if so then i request you to subscribe it so that i can get notified when you comment.
