Perhaps having a phone screen held up near her face and being filmed is unnatural and upsetting for Betty. She needs f2f with the visitor. Pity to think people can make money by putting their sick relatives on world wide media. The excuse is always "raising awareness" but for me it is undignified and a breech of the person's privacy.
