    Faults:
    1. People are loud in making points
    2. People are agressive towards each other
    3. Some people have really bad body language, showing impatience by constantly swirling the chair
    4. Severe lack of empathy towards other candidates
    5. Lack of eye contact with the speaker which shows lack of interest in participation.
    6. One person was looking at the phone during GD session. Like how is this even allowed?
    7. Formal attires are not maintained by the candidates, like people are wearing colourful Tshirts
    8. Not everyone is taking notes.
    9. Again body language, people are sitting with their backbones bent which shows lethargy among candidates.
    10. Unprofessional attitudes among candidates, they are smiling between the session
Finally I would conclude saying that this was not at all a GD session, rather a Debate session

In my opinion, wearing uniform is really a good option, because we all come from a different background. Some from a very good family background and some from a normal background family. Children these days are very immature and most of them feels less confident while they see others wearing expensive cloths just because they cant afford to buy those cloths. Carrying oneself doesn't only mean wearing good dress according to the occassion but it also means to be confident enough in the way we are.

I don't think so in the real world everybody is dressed up according to their convenience and then you have to face the reality nobody is there for you to show you that you are all equal and bind you in a uniform so I think you should better be near to the reality check rather than faking this thing in a university that you all are equal but in real you all know what you all are all your backgrounds and your situation so be strong and confident about yourself don't care about what others are wearing and you should not fake that thing for 6 hours of University just so that you can feel that you all are equal but in actual when you go out of the University you know that shit was not real and now you are in front of the reality so don't feel pity about that, uniform should not be a part of colleges

GD should be like this for better output and more involvement, here I am seeing those who know English they only speaking and others are having points but can't putting their points
    1) Give topic,
    2) Give time for 2 to 5 minutes for jot down the points,
3)Take individual openion for 2 to three minutes on this topic and cover all.
    4) Give five minutes for open discussion.
    5) Give five minutes for conclusion.
At the end give feedback to them for improvement. This is missing from many HRs.

  • @ghostblur8600

According to me, uniforms made compulsory is a good thing because kids come from different background, religions, income sectors so the kids can discriminate each other based upon what they wear and how they wear because they are not mature enough to know what is right and wrong. So when a simple piece of the same cloth is worn by every kid of the school, students won't tend to differentiate amongst each other atleast at the first appearance. In this way, the uniform represents unity amongst the students. Also, a kid who cannot afford to wear rich, lavish clothes as his peers can unnecessarily lack confidence which can be totally avoided by implementing uniforms in schools

This only happens in India ! we think GD is Debate and whoever shouts and speaks more gets through even though the points presented are absolute rubbish. Sad part of the story is the selectors themselves are not that polite & capable either, they use argument as a measure of confidence. I'd be more comfortable while being interviewed by foreign selector than typical Indian selector.

  • @vbn120
    @vbn120 3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

I think uniform is compulsory...coz in college there's is two types of people poor and rich...
If all student are in casual dress..then there is case if rich student come In causal dress they dressed well, fashionable dress they can wear but if the poor student watch them(rich student) then that poor student may be upset, he think that why we not wear that type of fashionable dresses.. in that case those are poor they are talking with his parents but parents not offerd..so all the atmosphere In the poor class will be changed...
So in my opinion student can only wear a uniforms in college..

  • @Kaustubhk97

In my opinion there must be a uniform because it shows the the symbol of equality in the students as that guy said. Keeping a uniform in school is a sign of good habit we are injecting in that students mind that we shall never discriminate anyone on the basis of their caste, religion, race, sex or financial conditions. It symbolises the discipline among the group. I would also correct that statement made by that girl that the uniform is not the only medium of judgement. It's unfortunate that human brain is so built that even if we deny this fact, it will definitely push you in that way to think so which is quite normal in my opinion. Why one dress up clean clothes? Because it shows that the person maintain his etiquettes and stay clean. On other way the guy who's wearing dirty clothes, we may start prejudice and think rather he may be a sweeper. Unfortunately we only have did this catagorization and now we're only messed up in this... That's the irony of the society. So the conclusion is Uniform must be there in the schools so that all questions get resolved and no further questions arise... Period!!!!

    • @arisharma6688
      @arisharma6688 2 ปีที่แล้ว

I completely agree on that. Wearing casual outfits in school will create some sorts of hierarchy, bullying and discrimination among the students. Because in terms of financial,culture,caste....we are all different and coming from different families. Also, teachers' relationship towards students will be different too. So,uniform is necessary especially in school.

Looks like the lady with red shirt misunderstood GD with Debate.
I GD you have to listen to other's views and based on them you can change your own like from against to in favour. It is not necessary to be against or in favour throughout the whole GD.

In my opinion uniforms doesn't matter, we've seen these things only in india, but rest of the country we can see they didn't follow these kind of fellow things, usually they can choose their own stuffs and clothes, for an example mobile, gadgets, casual uniforms but also they are having good skills like rapping, dancing all i meant to say uniforms doesn't matter the matter is how you are and how can you achieve your goals, no matter what, we don't need to follow the rules for uniforms, there are lots of people who cannot even afford, if they try to afford simultaneously they can only afford a single uniform specially for government schools kids, and moreover they cannot afford for a backup if uniforms get dirts, then he or she mybe poked from their mates, so uniforms not necessary....
    Thank you..

White shirt guy is over confident of his fluency,he even went on to say at last that "maam aapko na GD karana nahi aata"(I know I guessed it right) , red shirt girls points are very much valid and apt although the tone should be bit calm, the yellow t-shirt guy in a hurry to start the gd put some very contradicting points himself, few guys tried to put their points but a bit hesitant, overall it looked like a debate not GD.

According to me, we should wearing dress it's show the Decipline and it show the equality. If we don't wear the dress then all the student come with wearing different colors clothes and it somewhere hurt to someone who's have not shining cloth so in every Institute and academy should have the dress

I think uniform shouldn't be there...because it hides our insecurities about how we look....if a poor person is wearing shabby clothes then they shouldn't force themselves to wear nice clothes....instead they should learn to be confident in those shabby clothes only....and discipline can even be in shabby clothes also...and wearing clean clothes (uniform) can also make uh indisciplined....because it's up to uh how uh show up...& college and schools are for learning not only discipline but for learning to be confident the way uh are!!!!

Why do we ever want uniform in colleges are we afraid that there would be partiality on the basis of economic status, cast or religion?
should not we mentor our young mind like equality must be in their mind and heart rather than in clothes?
Overall i think diversity is the beauty.

  • @pavankumaru2665

In my opinion students was wearing uniform good because everyone are showing the equality then they are without showing family and strength then teacher have looking everyone student is equal then they teach as equals
