The police have to pay lip service to what they are presented from the 'primary sources' with even if they suspect there is something different going of. I hope this comes to a closure soon. People like to say he was in a trial for a vicious attack on another convicted criminal when he was 15 but when your in that life criminals become victims vice versus and we don’t know his full role in it as the judge couldn’t pin it specifically. This entire search, at great expense, is being conducted in this area wholly on the word of his friend Lucy Mae. That she spoke to Jay and he gave her certain information. However, there is no proof that she actually spoke to him Only that a call from his phone was received by her phone. He wasn't necessarily in possession of it at the time!
Love your point of view on it.. leads to did he die from the drugs he was on at the festival once he got back to the villa he was staying in.. and Lucy and z friends freaked out and did something with his body? Crazy stories always come out of stuff like this.. I agree about Lucy.. I think they made the call from jays phone to her phone or sent a msg to make it look like he’d gone off with 2 strangers.

I have heard from a friend of Jay’s mum that he had been given £30,000 of drugs to sell. He used the drugs and did not have the money to pay the dealers. So I suspect Jay is either in hiding or the dealers have him and will keep him until the debt is paid.
12 people turned up at the meeting point for this massive search. How can that be with so many of his family out in Spain and the amount of news outlets and youtubers making money reporting on a missing person.

Why are my comments going missing.....i just asked if thermal imaging at night initially would have shown something or not, ie is it cavernous there...given a standard missing person walking off road. I was thinking the same thing! Get a drone/helicopter with thermal scan. Anyone alive will be picked up. But strange how sniffer dogs can't find him either. No conspiracy. It's simple. You wander a minute (seems less) up or down one of those rubbly paths. It looks nice and wide. But it twists, ends suddenly in scrub. So you turn round and go back the way you came. But, impossibly, the way you came ends suddenly in scrub again. You're confounded, retrace your steps two or three times, try a fork, can't even find your way back to the place where you first realised you'd gone wrong. You stop to get your breath. You can't see a road. You don't remember what direction the road is. You decide to abandon the seach for the path and try to head in a direction that you think most likely will get you somewhere. But you can't go in a single direction because of protruding rocks, drops and long or wide stretches of scrub. You try going round but have no way of knowing whether you're still going in one direction. Every decision goes wrong almost immediately and you can't go back. It only takes you a minute to get into a situation like this.
Cos Jay's phone pinged in that area doesn't mean he's still in that area. He fell on gravel down a slope far maybe managed to move further on, at the bottom somewhere ❤

The search team themselves say it's treacherous terrain and even they are finding it very difficult to cover it even with all there equipment and fitness. And didn't feel comfortable stopping. Last summer in Hot Springs AR, on one of the hottest afternoons, temps in the upper 90's, heat indexes in the triple digits, on the Martin Luther King expressway, I saw a black guy walking on the shoulder with a hard hat in his hand, and Cars just zooming past him, not one of which even slowed down. I pulled to the shoulder fully disgusted with my fellow humans. It took a minute for me to hit the shoulder and stop. I sat waiting til he realized I was waiting on him, so he jogged to my car. As he opened the door he said, "You are the Answer to My Prayers" turns out this young man had a baby on the way, and was either walking or hitching to and from, (most usually from, as he had a ride in the mornings with someone who passed his job on the way to their own, but afternoons was different. Here the local stations had a Heat Advisory out, and this guy carrying his hard hat, out in the full sun during the hottest part of the day and I saw at least 10-20 cars pass him without even slowing. He'd been on the highway long enough for HUNDREDS of cars to pass him, and I was the only one to hit the brakes. Jesus is surely disappointed in them. I have such respect for that young man, I know so many that use not having a car, or a legal car as an excuse to not work at all. This is the 2nd young man I gave a ride to that was walking if they had to. To town to a job and home again. One during a cold rain, the other during extremely dangerous temperatures. And I've stopped for many! And will continue to do so, trusting our Lord Jesus to tell me when I shouldn't! I will continue
This aspect of the story is interesting. I think it likely that this woman is an accurate witness but that the person she encountered may have not been Jay Slater. If it were someone else of similar appearance who was 'provided' to make the scenario plausible then all bets are off.

This entire search, at great expense, is being conducted in this area wholly on the word of his friend Lucy Mae. That she spoke to Jay and he gave her certain information. However, there is no proof that she actually spoke to him Only that a call from his phone was received by her phone. He wasn't necessarily in possession of it at the time!
Love your point of view on it.. leads to did he die from the drugs he was on at the festival once he got back to the villa he was staying in.. and Lucy and z friends freaked out and did something with his body? Crazy stories always come out of stuff like this.. I agree about Lucy.. I think they made the call from jays phone to her phone or sent a msg to make it look like he’d gone off with 2 strangers.
God bless all of the volunteers for caring enough to go and look. I pray they find him alive but if he is on the mountain I very much doubt it. What the Spanish guy said about a smell really hit me, he is right and could certainly help find him.
It's a given that if he's still alive at this point after that length of time, he didn't get lost.
Tenerife is a beautiful island I’ve been there but it can be treacherous in the uninhabited places. Hope he is found soon.
I can't understand how this kid went on this trip and left with 2 strangers , missed a bus yet didn't call a cab or Uber , only had 1% of phone power couldn't he get a charge ? wandered off in a place he had no idea where to start. YEAH OK !! at this point poor Jay will not be found alive IMO.....

They lured him with the promise of free drugs and they used him like a Japanese love doll and disposed of him. They likely forced him call his friend with the I'M LOST story to cover their tracks. FEAR IS A GREAT MOTIVATOR.

Lucy is "Fishing Bait" to recruit to sell drugs & collect money- it appears that Jay "lost" some...he was also off his head. If you go to page 35 on Tattle Life you will find Lucy speaking to Brandon-they use names' BlueNose, Hippolife & Ma Ria. They refer this as a "Travel Scam"
I have heard from a friend of Jay’s mum that he had been given £30,000 of drugs to sell. He used the drugs and did not have the money to pay the dealers. So I suspect Jay is either in hiding or the dealers have him and will keep him until the debt is paid.

Why are my comments going missing.....i just asked if thermal imaging at night initially would have shown something or not, ie is it cavernous there...given a standard missing person walking off road. But for the fact the police were alerted toute suit. Etc ...😐 Awake concious yet still injured people can still holler for help.
I was thinking the same thing! Get a drone/helicopter with thermal scan. Anyone alive will be picked up. But strange how sniffer dogs can't find him either. The search team themselves say it's treacherous terrain and even they are finding it very difficult to cover it even with all there equipment and fitness. There are a few I passed by. And didn't feel comfortable stopping. Last summer in Hot Springs AR, on one of the hottest afternoons, temps in the upper 90's, heat indexes in the triple digits, on the Martin Luther King expressway, I saw a black guy walking on the shoulder with a hard hat in his hand, and Cars just zooming past him, not one of which even slowed down. I pulled to the shoulder fully disgusted with my fellow humans. It took a minute for me to hit the shoulder and stop. I sat waiting til he realized I was waiting on him, so he jogged to my car. As he opened the door he said, "You are the Answer to My Prayers" turns out this young man had a baby on the way, and was either walking or hitching to and from, (most usually from, as he had a ride in the mornings with someone who passed his job on the way to their own, but afternoons was different. Here the local stations had a Heat Advisory out, and this guy carrying his hard hat, out in the full sun during the hottest part of the day and I saw at least 10-20 cars pass him without even slowing. He'd been on the highway long enough for HUNDREDS of cars to pass him, and I was the only one to hit the brakes.
Jesus is surely disappointed in them. I have such respect for that young man, I know so many that use not having a car, or a legal car as an excuse to not work at all. This is the 2nd young man I gave a ride to that was walking if they had to. To town to a job and home again. One during a cold rain, the other during extremely dangerous temperatures. And I've stopped for many! And will continue to do so, trusting our Lord Jesus to tell me when I shouldn't!

This aspect of the story is interesting. I think it likely that this woman is an accurate witness but that the person she encountered may have not been Jay Slater. If it were someone else of similar appearance who was 'provided' to make the scenario plausible then all bets are off.
