That’s so funny you’re hearing that cos I can assure you that is not an English accent. I’d say that’s 95% American. I remember he was born in England and I could slightly hear something different but that’s mostly American.
It’s like friends I’ve had move to Australia and come back after a few months sounding Australian but apparently to all their friends out there they sound English still

SB36 was also the last game Pat Summerall and John Madden called together. What a way to go out.
For you younger folks, that announcing team was phenomenal. It's hard to describe, but it's as if they were sitting right beside you in your living room watching the game with a beer and nachos and having a guy's night out. Those two are sorely missed in the booth.

One of my favorite moments of all time in any game, and I'm so happy they caught it on film, is Nick Foles walking up to Doug Pederson and saying "Philly Philly?", then the moment comes, Doug stares at him for a solid 3 count and then says "Yea let's do it." I don't know why, but that's my favorite moment from that game. Not the play, not the Eagles winning, but that silent stare between the two.

Been letdown enough times to know that it's a long season. Glad we started getting good management in our front office, better drafting, coaching, free agents and lighter contracts. Almost got you guys this year (our defense did a great job on Brady for once) but our Offense is still trying to get comfortable together. Hoping we can steal the 2nd one in Foxborough.... Go Bills!

Does anyone notice that Kurt Warner is in 3 of these???? Mabe that's why he got inducted into Canton, OH NFL Hall of Fame a couple of years ago.
Warner will go down as one of the strangest cases in the Hall of Fame. A guy who has 2 MVP seasons and was injured out of a 3rd one, which would have given him 3 straight -- then dropped off the map entirely and became a backup -- then took the Freaking Cardinals to the Superbowl.
I think that Kurt Warner taking the Arizona Cardinals to within one defensive stop of winning the Superbowl is among the very greatest achievements in the entire 100 year history of the NFL. It got him into the hall of fame for sure. He took a team with 2 playoff wins in the previous 60 years to the SB....... Just think about that one for a minute.

That was such a good Raiders team(the tuck rule game). I am a die hard Raiders fan. That game was so heartbreaking but it was a little easier for me to deal with than most of my fellow Raiders. I went to high school with Vinatieri and we are pretty good friends. So being that the game really sucked I was happy for Adam. Of course I still wanted him to miss but it just made it a little easier to deal with. The BS call is a whole other issue. I am still pissed about it as I know other Raider's fans are. If the Raiders win that game I have no doubt they would have won the Super Bowl. Also, who knows, if that BS tuck wasn't called maybe the Patriots and Brady never become a dynasty.

@@nachoeee690 he said they have 13 nfl championships, ya back when there were like 6 teams and all you needed was $250 to start a team. But yes the pats are the best, try winning that much with a salary cap and free agency. There is a reason they dont bring up those packer chips lol

Nachoeee Gaming oh you mean back when there was like 10 teams, no salary cap, almost no trades, players had other jobs half the time and there was no sports science?

the Raiders had chance after chance to win that game they could have blocked the field goal and they could have gotten a stop in overtime they let them convert three 3rd downs and one 4th down thats their own fault for their poor and sloppy performance on defense they could have won but the blew their chances I ask you again how is that lucky when it was in the rulebook since 1999 which was two years before this game was in existence? It's was the Raiders own fault to play lazy and give up the big plays in overtime

0:35 -- BUT -- You failed!!!! You couldn't make Kurt Warner quit! Kurt Warner led a furious comeback from 2 scores down to tie it. The only reason the Patriots even won that game was the fact they had the ball last. Give Kurt Warner that final drive, and he's the hero everyone still talks about....Nobody gets the crap beat out of them with sub-standard line play for 3+ Quarters like Warner did that game, and then comes back from 14 down to tie it up with 2 TD's in the 4th. I watched that whole game... and Warner was on his back for basically the first 3 quarters. When he finally got some time to actually throw the thing, he lit the Patriot's up like Christmas.
I hate how unrecognized Kurt Warner still is for his effort in that 4th Quarter. And, to their Credit, the Ram's defense did force Adam Vinniteri to kick a pretty long field goal to win it.

Harrison says that Fitzgerald only just missed punching the ball out. How crazy would it have been if he or some Cardinal picked it up and then instead of falling on the ball to go into the half, tried to pick it up and run 90+ more yards in the other direction.
