A lot of those fry boxes are not full enough. Also, I would never pull the fries, put it in a bag and away from the heat lamp, while it’s waiting for burgers. If you want to do that in advance, leave the bag under the lights. Again, your food quality should be your main priority.
What are these boxes of French fries I see on this channel. Not the regular medium or large fries, the square boxes? I've asked on like 3 videos and never get a reply. I've never seen that. Edit, must be a Canadian menu item
At the most mac its not neccesary because you have to wash your hands after things you touch that are non food related and at least every 15 mins when working with food. Only grill staff use gloves. The blue ones

Worse than that, he added a fresh hot fry to the bag as well so one of them got cold fries one of them got hot fries, and that’s sure to piss someone off. He should know better than to give cold fries to a customer. If I was desperate for help, I would keep him on after giving him a warning. If I didn’t absolutely need him, I would fire him for not knowing what to do with cold food. Or what not to do which is give it to a customer.
