Il y a beaucoup de youtubeurs qui font des clips sur l’apprentissage du français mais les conversations entre des natifs à une vitesse naturelle sont plutôt rares. Donc, un grand MERCI !

I love this! I am half french and was raised bilingual but at some point in my childhood i refused to talk in french so my french is not as good as I would like. But it's still quite advanced so I can never find any videos on yt that fit my level! I think I should just try to find some french tv shows or youtubers to watch but I can't really find any I like...

Looks like people nowadays don't have time to reflect on what they read online. I wrote "even if they want to" and that's where the emphasis is. Of course, native speakers converse fast in their mother tongue. Isn't this obvious? In the real world, what reason do they have to speak slowly? But this video was made for the purpose of teaching foreigners how to speak. Anna in fact tries to slow down here and there but then again yields into the flow of the conversation. That's what I pointed out. Well, Elsa understood it very well.

thanks for the video! i understood most of it however, i was thinking...perhaps a microphone would be the icing on the cake...although the natural echo does make it kinda authentic and pleasing.. haha.. and also the echo is great practise for those at a plateau with their listening...keep grinding Elsa you're doing a great job

Moi aussi. I have studied for maybe 12 years and I picked up every fourth or fifth word. I don’t like to use subtitles because I want my brain to make the switch. I have plenty of vocabulary and grammar over the years to do that I think. But it’s frustrating. I believe a total immersion is the only solution. Planning an extended stay in France after Covid.
