- Rajya Sabha: Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge refuted Prime Minister's remarks in the Rajya Sabha where he said that when his government proposed November 26 as Constitution Day, the Congress leaders said there was no need for it as "we already have January 26". Mallikarjun Kharge said he was lying and "the TRUTH is that BJP-RSS, Jansangh and their political forefathers had fiercely opposed the Constitution of India."

Hey mister, in the book, Bunch of Thoughts written by Golwalkar he criticised Indian constitution for giving equal rights to all Indians. In the November 30, 1949 edition of RSS mouthpiece The Organiser it criticised the constitution for not including manuscript laws.
Yes there was difference between Ambedkar and Congress. But there was no enmity as you claim. Even though there was difference, Nehru and Ambedkar talk and praise each other for good.

The sitting Vice President always asks for concrete proof before making allegations and forces the opposition to sit down or will scratch everything from the records.
