Hi! Good to see you today!🙋♀️ When you were checking your room for “murderers”, it reminded me (I’m a retired flight attendant), of when we checked out rooms in a hotel, one of the crew would stand at the door while I checked under the bed, etc lol!

Next time you're in that area around downtown, try Bayside. Tons of fun restaurants and bars, shopping etc.... much less pretentious and right around the corner from the Epic.
I can’t believe it’s been almost ten years since I have been to Miami. I took your airline. I feel it’s easier to get there from New York than San Francisco. You are right about the Miami crowd being unpredictable, however the Orlando crowd is worse. I am one who doesn’t dine by myself in a restaurant.

The worst is when you break your back and knees bending down to look under the bed and they aren't even open underneath at all, haha. Glad I'm not the only one looking for murderers. Sorry you couldn't just get a nice evening alone without a pesky person bugging you! But the view from there and the hotel looked great!

Sometimes you need to be nice but firm . Say thank you but you are not interested you can get real basic say I am happily married and looking forward to seeing my husband when I get home. Seriously we as men need to respect boundaries he probably has had things go his way on the road so he decided to roll the dice. Next time go with friends

I am not from the US so i am curious why the crowd from LA to Miami is usually a tough one?
I think I’ve heard from other flight attendants that certain destinations tend to be folks who are going on a party type vacation,and are excited. Might want to drink a little more? New subscriber!
@@deborahconkle6822 Thanks a lot :-) I assumed that but then I also heard that Miami has a lot of old citizens so i was not sure if that is really the place to do a party type vacation. ;-)
So bit of backstory, I'm about to graduate from high school, and the flight attendant job has been on my mind a lot. I think since I was kind of young, however I'm super scared of risk of regretting and potentially wasting my time on something I may not like.
Would you say being a flight attendant is worth it? Cause my other potential pathway is doing a law course, but its mostly because of my parents.
Its your life thing about that, but keep in mind it a hard job and very Family unfriendly. But you are young so could be a great way to travel alot for free and see the world.

But yeah I've been thinking about how hard service can be, but other than that I have no idea what pathways humanities subjects can get me to, and becoming part of the legal system I feel will crush me emotionally.
