    Hello, can you show how you connect the hydraulic controller to the existing hydraulic system? Just curious how to add the hydraulic controller on my kubota B5000

      I can't. Sorry. Sold the tractor a while back.

    Cool build! Those cylinders are huge, I would expect charging them with 2,600 PSI they would far exceed everything else.

      Yes.... They are huge... Your right. But they were very cheap and the correct length for my needs. I got them from a scrapped siccor lift. So yes... I have to be carefull what loads I lift. Because they wont stop😁
      The frame itself can handle a bit of abuse. Its thick wall square tubing inside thick wall square tubing. So yes... It looks a bit flimsy but its very strong indeed. Also the subframe beneath the tracktor is over engineered and really overkill. But better safe then sorry the say? Up till now it does everything i want it to do. Almost time to sell it now because i have no more jobs for it to be honest.

    Same question as where does the hydrolic come From?

    • @MH-ie1sg
      @MH-ie1sg  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not really sure what you mean, but the oil itself comes from the same reservoir that the 3 point hitch uses. It big enough to supply the 2 cylinders with oil also. After installation of the 2 lifting cylinders you top up the reservoir and thats it. No extra or seperate oil tank needed.

      See my other videos on this subject on my channel on how to tap in to the existing hydraulics of the tractor. Its pretty straightforward and simple.

    how much is the lift capacity? ~200kg? 300kg?

    • @MH-ie1sg
      @MH-ie1sg  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      The welds an the cylinders themselves can hold and lift up to a ton easy. Problem is keeping the rear wheels on the ground hahaha.
      But seriously : in practice it can lift 300kg with ease. But steering is very difficult then. No power steering on this tracktor! Also in loose sand and dirt it will sink in and with that kind of load in the bucket its next to impossible to get out again.
      But on normal ground its okay to do a 300 kg load. Just be careful not to tip over to the side when lifting al the way up! Its very unstable then!

    Bonjour, bravo.
    Le débit de la PPE hydraulique me semble faible, sinon chouette 😉

      Yes... It's not quick, but doing the job. The cylinders are to big for the pump. But these ones were almost for free so I used them 😁

      What size/type of hydraulic is Kubota?

      What do you mean by type? The lifting cylinders rods are 1 inch. They came of a cherry picker. Bought them very cheap secondhand. They are overkill for this tractor and because of the size a little bit slow but I don't mind. The control valve I found on the scrap yard. It came off a old hydraulick machine. Just as all the piping and hoses and most of the couplers. Some of them I had to buy new.

      Like the fittings be I guess. I was looking up fittings and there are for example:
      JIC, SAE, British, Metrilk, ORP(?)-
      I would like to replace the joy still with a valve/spool kluster. To add a cirkut for a Graphle and still have another cirkut free in kase I think of any thing else. I saw one after market kluster from northern tool with 4 spools. Or like 4 funktion. But everything is tapped for SAE and I'm not sure is the standard Kubota is set up for that, or maybe I need a bunch of adapters. I am very new to this. Also I need to get back to sleep for now. In a few hours I'll feel better. Merry Khristmass. Thank you

      I guess you can use every kind of couplers as long as they are rated for the pressure. The only adapters you need are the ones that you use for taping in to the hydraulic lines of the Kubota. From there you can use what's available in your country and what is common.
      You can also use as many spools you need. Just remember that you need the open center type!
