@@slaveformusic But what you feel in the moment is based on your expectations and in general on the specific way that you perceive the world, which you can improve with more self-awareness and without having to change the overall hyped & positive fangirl role that you so well fulfil. Just some food for thought ;)
I'm quite self aware, thank you. Frankly, I don't get why you're so hung up on my use of "beautiful". What I expect from a song is for me to like it. I say it's beautiful because to me that's how it feels. Songs could be beautiful, there maybe a day where I'll call a very brutal and filthy song beautiful simply because I feel like it is.
@@slaveformusic to be self-aware is to know why you feel a certain way, which then causes you to act a certain way. I believe feelings come from the way we are pre-programmed. For example. you were pre-programed to look for beauty, and some other girl (whom I saw doing a reaction earlier) was pre-programmed to first notice the mental health themes in the lyrics. So, now, after I told you this, don't be surprised if in your next song reaction you "feel" aware of the mental health aspect of the lyrics before the "beauty" of the music. And btw, yes I agree with you that brutality and filth CAN serve as beautiful elements when they are used the right way in a piece of artwork.
I rarely feel aware, as you put it of such things on a first listen. My first response is a general feeling I get, if I like the song or not. Everything else I notice when I listen more on my own, in the comfort of my own home and thoughts, not when I'm recording for the youtube channel. Again, I don't feel like you and I have the same perception of an adjective "beautiful". I've already told you why I called the song beautiful. It can be that even though it touches on deeper topics. You and I have different perception, that's it.
Definitely some AILD vibes here, this is some of their best work, loved hearing Ricky singing those cleans.. banger! 🤘🏻 Glad you enjoyed it

Hello slave. First timer on this channel, but I have a question: Do you always look mostly for beauty in the songs that you react to?
Hi! I just say what I feel in the moment. All music is beautiful to me. If I love the song, then I love it, point blank.
