This looks absolutely delicious and reminds me of back home growing up. I always used to look forward to my mom cooking it especially during the rainy season. Our household loved spicy food and my mom used to blast it with lots of pepper. The spicy bissap, the crunch of the onions (not over cooked), and the tang of the stew were my fav.
