Yes. In fact, its a modified azeri national dish. Usually made from lamb instead of ostrich and without corn.
Including farm raising exotic bird species for food.

Everything about this video is Naturally Majestic! If there were an AirBnB cottage where they live, I would book a 2 weeks vacation to participate in all preparations of the feast! I'll never be able to visit this beautiful place but, seeing it interspersed in shots between all of the methodical food preparation is one of the reasons I love watching this channel. Not to mention, half of the time the food being prepared is so exotic it's interesting watching you cook it. Ostrich basically looks like how you roast any chicken only bigger which is hilarious.
