    Something I forgot to add:
    I wear a size 8 us or 39 euro so I purchased the 39/41 size and they fit perfectly with a little room for thicker socks.

    Yes! I feel the same way about the trends I just want the things I like and that work for me! I can’t wait till mine come!! I get really cold feet even when it’s in the 40’s F and I’ve been looking for what is cute and functional!

    Hi from MTL! I am a size 7.5 US (Euro 8) and have the same pair... not that 35/38 are a super nice fit! and I DO NOT FOLLOW TREND I just have an individual style that those happen to match so PFFFFF girl you;re right, if the trend passes, they were a great buy ! and the shipping/customer service is top notch (4 days from Italy to my hands), super important when they are so many bad sites around!

    It's sad these shoes have become such a trend on Instagram - I've wanted them since I saw a picture of Linda McCartney wearing them in the 1970s but they are so expensive! 😢

      Yes I agree it’s such a catch 22. On one hand if I didn’t see it trending I wouldn’t have even known they existed, which would have been such a shame because besides being really trendy they are super practical. On the other hand in a few months/year I’ll be rocking these and they will definitely be “out of style”. That’s why I’ve chosen to just not care. They are actually the perfect winter boot for me and that’s all that matters. Hopefully when the hype dies down a little you can find a pair that’s a little cheaper. 🥰

    No one talks about the tread, so they grip well? Did they cause you to slip? I want to buy some for Aspen but I don’t want to fall.((edit)) I rewound and saw that you did, thank you 🌸

      No worries! Yes the tread has very good grip in my opinion. I never felt uncomfortable or worried walking on ice with them.

    How thick is the sole? They look like platforms in concerned about walking comfortably in them

      Most of the platform looking part is just the side of the boot. The foot sits quite low. I’d say maybe an inch and half max of sole thickness. It’s a very comparable walking experience to normal winter boots, the moon boots being slightly less heavy.

    Are they comfortable to go with? (Since they are very wide on the sides). I looks like you can fall very easily. That's the only thing that stops me from buying them, and I cannot find anyone talk about that...

      The foot sits pretty low in the boot, most of the height on the sides is more for weather proofing and not a platformed sole even though it does look like it a bit. I haven’t had a problem with feeling like I’ll lose balance but I will say they are a little clunkier feeling than normal winter boots. I hope that answers your question!

    Would recommend getting them in thick high snow ?

    • @alyssarpet
      @alyssarpet  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are draw strings at the top to pull them closed tightly but knee high or higher there’s the potential for snow getting into the boot.
