It is crazy to think that folk in Goa would add water to the petrol sold in Goa!! Everyone's bike will stop working if that was the case!! It does have 20% ethanol. But that is the same anyway for any petroleum product used in vehicles in the world! In the US it is 10 to 15% ethanol added to our gasoline. It is no big deal. It is ludicrous to think they would sell a product that would damage an engines in Goa, especially since a lot of the tourist vehicles are rented, owned by the local rent-a-bike establishments. These folks that rent the vehicles would be very upset if someone was selling a water-petrol product that is damaging their rented bikes. 😮😮😢
