Drying Honey, Proper Stacking for Ventilation

- Offset stacking with additional for space below the supers will greatly speed up the drain of your honey in the supers.
We seal off the small room, fans on top, put in a dehumidifier which not only dries the honey but brings the room up to 90°.
Having a window that fully opens helps release the stragglers.
Definitely like the 4x4 idea for more ventilation and crossing for air movement. Thanks for tips. Take care.

Hey Mike. It looks like a nice stack of honey supers there. Was that a joke about sending you honey? I didn't have a banner year but my 8 over-wintered hives made close to 3/4 ton. Of course I made some splits which helped production. If I could get your address I could send you some flavored creamed honey. Just made another 30 lbs of apple cinnamon today.
