Instead of just playing the drums, please make a video showing how to connect the HD-3 to EZ drummer. What cords do you use? What interface? What do you plug in where? What kind of laptop do you need? Do you need pro-tools? A sound card? Can you record? How do you set up a DAW? Please, please, please.
+dmarkg58 All you need is an audio device with Midi. A midi cable and a multitracking software (DAW) that has a sequencer. You then need the Toontrack plugin to be loaded in your DAW. Reaper is free and works. Any e-drums will do. Any computer will do. Any audio device will do as long as it has midi in. Hope this helps.
nice video man!! i wanted to listen to this drumset in combination with toontrack! nice audio quality! Great drummer!!
This sounds infinitely better than the built-in sounds.
Nice,so I'm getting a set......only got audacity though!!!...is EZ Drummer still compatible to achieve similar properties with Roland HD1 Vdrums?
this is an awsome test, love to know you what you prefered testing with, EZ or BFD
Olá, gostaria de saber se vc usa aquele MIDI que vem da própria HD-1, aquele cabo UM-1G e qual a placa de áudio que você tá usando. Valeu !
how do you connect the drums to toontrack and change the sound of them? please help .
@mastersgta1 but the DTXplorer is compatible with 3 zone snares and dual zone cymbals. Plus I personally hate Roland's mesh heads
hello.. i have a question... can i record in to my comuter whit this drum?
@nisornt HD-1 cos fo the snare and just cos its awesome sound quality
Thats AWESOME! Thank you very much! =0)
Nice.
Oi será q compensa 1500 em uma hd1 pars pequenas gravações.
@nisornt get a alesis DM10 instead or save up for Roland TD-9
Alguém sabe dizer se dá para separar pista por pista, por exemplo, bunbo, caixa, hi hat etc em gravação com VST e esta bateria, Roland HD1.
Is this Metal Machine?
