For DU (only) - You should choose - ENGLISH + 2 MAIN SUBJECT OF YOUR CLASS 12 ( COMPULSORY )+ 1 MORE SUBJECT OF CLASS 12 (EITHER 1 MAIN OR OPTIONAL ). can check the information bulletin of DU.

University ki requirement pe depend krta hai......alag alag university me alag alag subject ke combinations chahiye hote hote....cuet ki official website pe universities ki list hai usme diya hai
i think you have to fill the form on jamia's website itself for most of the courses like bcom and all...But if u r opting for ECO hons then am sure it must be there on CUET's site.
