MJ, I give you mad props for buying clothes online (and for doing a try on haul!). I've gotten better with ordering online, I legit never know what size I am, and sometimes I order based on the size chart and its way too big or way too small. I used to feel bad about returning or exchanging things that didn't fit right, but I've also gotten better with that too. I think your purchases were great and look comfortable and amazing and you'll feel confident wearing them during your workouts. I am also a Lulu fan, their fast and free cropped capris are my favorite leggings for CrossFit, because they have a draw string in the waist band and they don't fall down when I do burpees or box jumps. And because they are $118 a pair, I buy 1 new pair maybe once every other year, and thankfully they have a warranty on them so if they fall apart, I can get them replaced.I am also a NoBull junkie, I love their tank tops, but not their shoes 😊 I am also glad you splurged and bought yourself a hoodie. It's okay to do that! Also, I don't know if you have online resale options in 🇨🇦 , but I have found really good gently used workout clothes (Lulu, Nike, NoBull, etc) on Poshmark and ThredUp. Even new with tags stuff being sold for half price or even less. I have to be careful though because its so easy for me to fill up my cart with stuff because the prices are good and then its like oops $200 later. One of the most important things you can do for yourself while recovery and navigating all the seasons of your life is to have clothes that fit you, that you feel confident in, that are comfortable to wear. Sizes do not matter, they are made up numbers, what matters is that you love your clothes and you feel good in them. Some unsolicited advice for you 😊: If you haven't already, donate or do online consignment (Poshmark, Mercari, etc), and get the stuff that doesn't fit you out of the house. I kept clothes that I would never fit into again for way, way, way too long. Keeping them was like my way of planning to go back to dancing with Ed at some point. And I finally got to the point where I was like, why would I want to be miserable like that over a pair of jeans? So I donated everything and I felt so much better. Kitty and I are sending our ❤to you, MJ. It was good to see you today and I'm glad you have found a little tribe at your new gym!

Heyyyy girl!!!! I lived that ur going to the gym! I go also i was allways doing youtub videos, but i lovvve the gym now!! I go to the studio alot there r many cool cardio and stuff, btw i bought some sports clothing also and im addicted lol🥲🤣 it makes me happy to take care of my body so much... its like a drug to me!! Also i think ur looking awesome and i missed ur clothing haul so thanks for making me soooooo happy and have a grate week💕😍💕😍

Getting a large??? Maddie, Maddie, Maddie! Your body dysmorphia is so bad right now. Are you seeing a therapist at all? I am worried about you❤. Def could have gone with a small in sweater shirt!!! And a smaller size in bra!!! Leggings are supposed to fit like tights, my friend at Lululemon told me! And gymshark are to be compressive as well! So they should be hard to get on and feel like second skin!!!

Thanks Maddie! I’ve been considering getting some gym shark leggings for absolutely ages now but really wasn’t sure if I was being told the truth by other TH-camrs. Because they’re quite expensive! I am a pretty standard looking older woman on the slightly larger size though and I normally wear a L - XL and I’m just not sure if they would fit me if a medium suits you so well. Do they have a good returns system? Your nails match perfect 👍 Straight answer - if money isn’t an issue, what leggings brand is better, gym shark or Lululemon?

It's hard to compare to Lululemon because I have only tried three things but I think I might like Gymshark better! The sizes also feel a bit more accurate whereas with Lululemon I never know what to get because everything always feels so different.
