MY HUSBAND STARTED HIS JOURNEY INTO ALZHEIMERS AT AGE 50....HE LOST HIS LIFE AT AGE 63....I WAS HIS PRIMARY CAREGIVER.....IT IS A VERY DIFFICULT COURSE.....HE HAS BEEN GONE 13 1/2 YEARS AND I STILL GRIEVE...
I am so sorry for your lost. I take care of my mom niw she has late stage Alzheimer's and i am exhausted. I know i will feel lost when she's gone. My entire life revolves around her and her illness. This disease is the most heart breaking thing that anyone can ever imagine. I hope you find peace and i can do the same when my time comes
Donna my moms dementia started at 52 . She’s alive but a shell of herself. I was the primary caregiver now she lives in a wonderful facility. You never stop grieving with this disease. I’m sorry for your loss and the cruel hand life dealt you.
The music. 😢😢😢 I listen to music every single day. I've told my husband and my kids if anything ever happens to me and I can't function to PLEASE bring me my music. I relive my life through my music, I can't imagine my life without it.
Notice how careful she is not to shame him. "that's your youngest son!" and then she lets it go. She isn't questioning him, or demanding that he tell her his kids' names. Well done!
It's now called Young Onset. Also important to know that Dementia is not as a result of aging. It's a disease/illness like cancer. People in their 20's and younger have been afflicted.
My coworker's husband has early onset Alzheimer's. He used to work with us too. It's devastatingly sad to hear her tell us how he's doing, which is mostly declining. I hope some day they come up with a cure. It's just so sad and seems so unfair. 😢
my mother and sister died at 39, one brother at 44 and the other brother 50 of genetically inherited Alzheimer's and my one remaining sibling now has early onset, not sure what is in store for me
Mum waa diagnosed this year at 58 in January. I am having to put her inro full time care already. This is the hardest choice Ive ever made. Ive had a mental breakdown due to caring her for a year and working full time. This just cant carry on like this 😢😢😢😢

IT was very brave for the family to put this out here. Thank you.
I looked it up and he passed away in November 2019. Beautiful that his family stepped up and cared for him.
Wow, he passed away so soon after. So young, and tragic.
We need to stop this from robbing families. So sad.
I so wish their was a cure for this dreadful cruel disease
The long goodbye disease. Heart-wrenching.
Absolutely worthless disease, why do people have to suffer so bad?
Rest In Peace Mr. Wakely... November 15, 2019
He was only 62?😔🙏
A brave man with a brave family to support him
My niece was diagnosed at age 34. Very sad to see happen

I never heard of anyone diagnosed so young. That’s awful. I’m so sorry to hear that. Is she still living?

My mother had it at this age. Lived 13 years with it. But, remembered me the day before she died. Music would bring her back too.

I got chills when she looked at him in the church Sending love!
I did too, especially after she said she was going to leave him,,,until she found out his time was short. Choked me up,,,
Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed by God’s grace, day by day.
Cindy is a beautiful person inside and out
It’s tough! So young so early

I cannot even imagine what you’re going through. Are you the youngest of the siblings?
@@suebean3873 yes I am, my surviving sibling is the second oldest
Cut sugar out of your diet, completely! No alcohol, no cigarettes, no processed food.
It may help to prevent an early onset.

Clean keto ketogenic diet and a heavy metal detox using essential oils , no sugars and carbs, and exercise will make him turn around.
Shut up
Alas, if only it was this easy!
If this was the truth then there would be no more Alzheimers…please do the research
No it's not. Do the ACTUAL RESEARCH on ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE. Learn the TRUTH.
