The one thing to remember.... Momo = Dancing Machine / You'll never go wrong with that~~ 2019 was the roughest year for Twice so JYP himself wrote the lyrics for FEEL SPECIAL after speaking with the girls 1on1. The girls had gone through a lot of controversaries and rumors that year, This song means a lot to "Onces" and TWICE. - Oh Btw, if Chaeyoung is killing you right now, wait for their comeback this August 26, hope you react to it as well.

Jihyo - attacked for being overweight during debut and sixteen era
Jihyo - false accusations of being a victim in the videotape scandal of Seungri. She was not involved at all but got cyber-bullied because of a rumour.
Jihyo - her private life exposed for being in a relationship w/ Kang Daniel
Mina - death threat against her
Nayeon' - stalker
Tzuyu's - Taiwan flag scandal - China being China and taking it out on a young girl over a flag🙄
Jeongyeon - criticized for crying and talking about their crazy work schedule - she got a lot of sh*t from commenters when the article title was clickbait. She wasn't even complaining but cried thinking about how hardworking the other members were. Even if that wasn't the case, god forbid she feels human emotions and complains about tough times like us "normal" people.

There's probably more but they got a ton of shit in the early days for the most minimal or even made up things. A few of the members got anxiety - not surprisingly.

feel special is such a meaningful song to both Once and Twice, it was a really tough year for them ( mina was on hiatus for a while because of anxiety disorder and other things stacking on... ). JYP wrote the song for them and it is a message of love and trust between the members

Every reaction of Twice I have watched, everyone simps over Chaeyoung and Jihyo, so there is definitely no way they are the least noticeable, the least noticeable is definitely Jeongyeon, Dahyun, Mina, and Tzuyu
The girl in the dance break (and in most dance breaks) is Momo.
Since you like Chaeyoung, you should go and check out the cover she and Dahyun did of Switch to Me. Great song, even better MV. Highly recommended.
Also, as some other people commented, you should check out Twice's Japaneses releases like Kura-Kura and Bulldozer.
Lastly, Twice were on a tour in the US I think at the beginning of this year. You could find some videos on youtube of those performances.

The FEEL SPECIAL is written by Park Jin Young The Founder of JYP Entertainment. He wrote this song after hearing the struggles of the members of TWICE. This song is for TWICE. This Year is very stressful for the members, MINA is got hiatus because of Mental health problem.

Alright man look.... im a grown ass man and I cant help but stan these girls more than any other group, if you follow them and watch there content they have their own show on TH-cam called Time To Twice all of them are so great and they treat us fans or Onces so well went to there concert last Feb in Oakland ca. and I could die a happy man. they mean so much to us onces , get to know them and you'll be hooked , great content keep it up Thank you! FYA - We now know the true context of "Feel Special".
Mina, Jongyeon and Jihyo were having severe depression lapses around 2018-2019, and JYP himself wrote that song for the group to remind them that they were not alone. That's why people asked you to check the lyrics.
As you go down the rabbit hole of Twice's MVs, you will start to notice that each one has its own background story, that plays along with the lyrics AND the choreo, and the message is not always evident. But is still fun to ponder about.
Also, you will notice that your secondary Bias will likely switch at times. Each member brings something unique to the group.
React to their Dance practices, their Japanese releases, their MAMA performances, and maybe someday you will reach their 1st MV.

Feel Special is one of the most special songs from Twice because of the layers in its lyrics and video. The group was really struggling in 2019 trying to continue their upwards trajectory (they were suffering from expectations similar to BTS’s this year trying to follow up 3 back to back song of the year wins)
Feel Special works because of its quadruple meaning. 1st is as a general song you can take the meaning as a love song between a hypothetical couple “you make me feel special”.
Second, as fans of Twice you can draw meaning between Once and Twice, and this is Twice’s way of verbalising the support they feel.
Third if you get into the production side of things this song was written by the head of JYPE, JYP himself after he had individual talks with all the members about the future of the group. This is a message from him to Twice and the pretty personal bond he has with the group
And lastly as the video shows the bonds between each member and how even if they all have seperate friends and family outside of their job, only 8 other people in the world really know what each other’s lives have been like and that’s why they all support each other so much.
It’s a wonderful song filled with a lot of meaning, something that surprised me in what is usually a very commercial industry

i totally relate with your feeling right now with not guessing the members right in every video. they are a big group and they change looks every era so that is understandable! like u, ive also heard about twice back then but i only begin listening and knowing them last 2020 during lockdown! and my life really made a turn once i became a fan. it's their personalities, music, and bond with each other that made me appreciate them even more. im glad that even if i became a once super late, i could still enjoy their works because it sounds fresh and bouncy. not to mention they renewed their contracts still as 9 members so it is never too late to hop on and enjoy twiceland !!!!!
The reaction I get from this video was so me when I discovered TWICE. Their music was not my usual taste but the more I watched and listened the more I fell in love with it. I couldn't explain it but something about twice sucked me in and I've been hooked on them since. Like you, Sana caught my eye and she stuck out for me, I knew it was her when I saw her. These girls are honestly the reason I love kpop today. Your reaction was amazing, made me happy to see someone react the same way I did.

yes, feel special was for once but it was about the members [which is why they meet in pairs during the video, apart from jeongyeon (alone) who meets herself (but happy with the group)]; jyp wrote it together with the girls, in 2019 mina had anxiety issues (she was indeed in the center of the choreographer before chaeyoung started singing) and it was a rough year for twice in general and that was a big test for their friendship, career and unity, this song was a beautiful letter dedicated to themselves and their fans

Regarding the J discography, although there isn't a MV, "Be as one" is a must (it illustrates the connection between the girls and Once), Perfect World has this shock factor that can't be ignored and "Candy Pop" for an indigestion of cuteness (to be played just before or after "Perfect World")...

Fancy is my all time song of the year. You were right in noticing that transition from cute to mature, this was the start of that evolution.

When I started to like kpop I wasn't a big fan of cute/bright concepts too, but then I watched Twice performance on Music Bank Chile in 2018 (right before their comeback with What Is Love?) and I fell in love with Nayeon's smile and the girls' stage presence. Still not a huge fan of these type of concepts, but a huge fan of anything Twice put out. They're this good.
Fancy was cultural reset. Twice went from cute to elegant cute. Epic.

I have been on this journey with TWICE since Sixteen their survival show and I fell in love and I have never once even thought about getting of the boat.
Being a ONCE is for life and I am sure most of my fellow ONCE will agree with me when I say that.
Dahyun caught my heart and made me stan her and then TWICE once it was created with the final lineup.
You may one day have a bias but you will love all the members equally as they all are amazing person and so full of talent.
