Check if the drawer unit is closed correctly using the following procedure.. 1. Turn off the machine power and pull out the drawer unit 2. Close the drawer unit completely and turn on the machine power. 3. Make 2 or 3 copies and confirm the error message has disappeared. If not.. Remove the high voltage cable from the output terminal of the separation power pack and check the following items. * PWM signal check. (If signal is fixed during image transfer replace the cable or the IOB ) * Separation powerpack output check. ( If I would put his fixed during the image transfer replace the power pack if output is normal during image transfer replace the high voltage cable order the quenching needle.
Pressure roller thermistor error: Centre The temperature at the centre of the pressure roller measured by the thermistor does not reach 0°C for 37 seconds. * Loose connection of the thermistor * Defective thermistor 1. Check if the thermistor is firmly connected. 2. Replace the centre thermistor. Since you have replaced the entire fusing unit, my thought would be the machine side of the fusing connector or the leads for the pressure roller centre thermistor.
