I tried your advice but it didn't work. It keeps saying the printer is not found on the network. I tried installing the printer the old way where I tried adding the port as a standard TCP/IP port, by using the IP address from the old printer. What am I doing wrong? Is there a way to assign a new port? When I click add printer, the printer shows up on the list of printers but when I pick port it doesn't recognize it. What should I do? It is a RICOH 402SPF printer. I would appreciate any advice.

Definitely should be there.. system settings and go to interface settings, then the next page or on the same page. It's depends on which model it is. Good luck 👍

Does it have a touch pad?

Go to copier or printer interface and type 806182 on the number pad and find 5810 - and execute 8 to 15 and restart
