Hi Greg! Thank you for the review. I'm thinking about buying a pair of Lenz or Thermic socks, but I'm worried how long they will last.

Last? As how long the socks last or batteries? So far socks on both have held up. Batteries so far seem to both be okay, however the Lenz on one battery seems to go out sooner then the other while the Therm-ic has lasted. Battery length will depend on the size and useage during the day. Both 1800 Lenz and Therm-ic have lasted the day.

Thanks for the review! Have you tried using thermic socks with batteries from lenz and vice versa?

    Great review, thank you.
Which pair is the best combination of comfort and warmth?
If you were to buy just one pair, what would that be?

There are trade offs, if you want a bigger battery (higher cost) it’s lenz. For me the Sidas thin sock feels better but not as warm.

I’d also be interested in knowing if you’ve tried the Lenz batteries in the Thermic socks and vise versa? I heard they are compatible even though Lenz has an extra button which apparently isn’t used for power.

You can try it. The Lenz poles are similar but you loose the center positive but it still works.
