    I had never seen a pump sack until today when one came in my REI Helix. I’ve now used it several times to inflate the air mattress and it’s a joke. What a terrible way to try to blow something up. There are so many feather weight pumps on the market that work better, but without one I’ll just use my mouth.

    I dont rate pump sacks, even after a 16-20 mile hike id rather just blow the matt up with my mouth it requires so much less physcial effort, the only advantage to the sack is you can overinflate a little but in my experience that just results in a higher chance of punctures
