What to wear to an interview can become complicated depending on what type of company you're interviewing with.
There are 3 types of companies: Modern, Traditional and Young.
And if you don't learn how to dress to an interview for each of these types, you risk of coming underdressed or worse, overdressed.
Fortunately, in this video, I give you 7 tips on what to wear to a job interview so that you can give the best impression possible, and up your chance to get a job offer.
The first thing you will want to do is research the type of company.
If you're not sure, you can always reach out to a current employee to ask them what to wear to an interview at this specific company.
Then, choose the right colors. Colors convey different emotions, so having the proper colors can change the way people perceive you.
Plan your outfit before the job interview day to make sure you're not stressed.
Finally, I give you outfit ideas for each type of company: What to wear for a startup interview, what to wear for a modern company interview, and what to wear to a traditional company interview.
Getting your outfit right is one thing, but getting the questions in a job interview right is a whole other story.

What do you think if you're interviewing for a part time job as a student, full suit? Or casual?

Depends on the job, but most part time jobs I went to for positions like customer service, sales etc --> suit with no tie

Thanks, I can't stand wearing a conservative suit and tie too when the interviewers are just wearing casual attire, I mean is not even business casual and it was a traditional organization.
