The same camera I just bought only came with one SD CARD it’s a green one
Yes they started sending the single card that's a nationwide service card now

If you accidentally pop out the Verizon card while checking problems then camera only works on Wi-Fi but won’t send via Verizon any more used to. What is the fix?
Take the SIM card completely out and wipe the connection down. Place the sim card back in and see if that helps. If not contact a Tactacam technician through their site. This has been the fix for me in the past with the cameras.
If you go with one carrier, can you change to the other if you found one is better than the other?
Yes. All you have to do is change the SIM card out. The camera sim is just for the signal that your searching for. All of my cameras are different cards.

My camera is connected to the app but cannot get first check in completed
You can try resetting the camera with the reset button. If that doesn't work message their IT department and see if it's a network issue. They are able to check diagnostics.
Isn't there a way to use the camera for free when you buy it? Do i have to choose a monthly plan and pay money every month?
You pay for the pictures to send to your phone if you don't pay the camera will act as just a very expensive regular camera lol. In that case don't get a cell cam.
When I try to add a camera it won’t work
What won't it let you do? Sometimes it will error by saying the camera is already in use. Just exit out of the app and open again and try again. If you continue with issues message tactacam support.
Mine only came with a single Tactacam Sim card 🤷🏻♂️
They started just sending nationwide cards to make it easier

There is not two cards in the one i bought
Some have specific carriers or they have both depends on which one you got. Either way it's just a choice for if one has better coverage than the other in your area.
