Winter 2003 with Need for Speed Underground and Ratchet and Clank Deadlocked is the reason I became a huge fan of those games when they fully released because of this demo disk. That music will stick with me forever.
OH MY GOD! I've been trying to figure out what demo disk I played back when I had a PS2, and thanks to this video I finally found it! It's Jampack Summer 2003. Oh, I'm so glad I found it! Thanks a bunch for helping to end my search dude.
Saaaame. Do you remember there were playable demos for Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell and that Monster fighting game with a king kong vs. a giant eyeball with an electrical body? plus other demo’s, trailers, & previews for upcoming games like Jak 2
@itwontcomeout5678 Absolutely! My brother destroyed me at War of the Monsters. He'd always play as the electric eye ball guy and I'd be King Kong. We played all the demos over and over, and I'd watch the trailers all the time. I remember being super into the Tomb Raider trailer. And my brother loved splinter cell. He was more into games at that point then I was, lol.
Jam Pack volume 11 hit me so hard. As a kid, I lost my mind over all of those games so much that I didn’t realize they were just a collection of demos and videos.
Before Facebook, TH-cam, Twitter, Instagram, And TikTok, we had this and it was awesome. The Playstation 2 is a 2000's Era and for what it is. i will never forget these demos, these magazine issues, these jampacks and these final version of the games. Sony was at the top of the game at the time.
this brings me back man the good old days where you would randomly get these demo disc's i remember having one that had tomb raider grand trismo 1 and grand trismo 2
Vol 13 was one of my first two games for a brand new PS2 console (first slim model), and the other was Sonic Heroes, Greatest Hits edition. I love the PS2 so much!
I helped design, model, texture and animate this interface. Now I can't unsee this comment! lol Thanks haha. I just started looking for these old interfaces about 2 months ago and here people are making pre-predictive programming jokes! I love it!
@@cbxrk I worked on many of them. Me and our small team. I'm glad you liked the interface menus that was my job, coming up with and executing those ideas.

Pure nostalgia. I can tell you're playing this on an emulator due to the lag when I used to play on my emulator before.
I used to let the menu on Jampack Vol 15 play out half the time because it was that catchy
Vol 12's music is what stuck with me the most
Once 15:21 came up I immediately was hit with nostalgia 😮💨
Emulator 🥴
