I do this, it's a good add-on and you can tell customers don't think about having these cleaned regularly. They're employees really like it and appreciate it. I pick up any trash around the dumpsters and use my leaf blower to remove leaves that pile up before applying my solution.
Thank you for your comment. We have been doing this for years making tons of extra money in our pressure wash business. I always keep a few of these contracts around just in case the economy goes bad
Absolutely. We keep doing it because we are unsure how the economy will be next year so I'm going to add maybe 10 more to our route just as an insurance policy
@@billydavidsonvip yup im still new but im in the talks with a McDonalds franchisee that basically owns most of the McDonald's in the surrounding cities 8 building near me so hopefully i can land them all together

I FINALLY got the dumpster cleaning training on your resource page and it was very valuable information. I literally just drove (10:30pm) to some local restaurants/retail stores/etc and scouted some places I'll go tomorrow. Goal is to add $1000 of income with dumpster sanitation in the next 30-60 days. Thanks buddy. Also still working on some of those reoccurring pressure washing and parking line striping bids..
Yes but most often it's very difficult to have the Dumpster moved out the way due to scheduling. Sometimes they'll say they're going to move it then when you get there no one has ever move the dumpster container
Yes sir. We clean dozens of these Dumpster Pad's each month for food-based businesses. We're trying to teach others how to do the same. I stumbled across this little niche market about 15 years ago. Sometimes we take on more if our business gets slow sometimes we will let a few go if we have more important jobs to do that pay more but at the end of the day it's reoccurring money coming in each month which is important
Hey Billy! Great video! I noticed the spray pattern out of your wand when you were spraying the pad and especially the fence. I have a 7gpm 60psi 12v pump for my soft wash system. What size tips on a jrod do you suggest me using?
Hey Billy I bought your yard sign resource a while back. I’m starting out with only driveway and sidewalk cleaning, can you help with what the best verbiage is for yard signs offering only this service?
Are you downstreaming the sh or running through a 12v pump, looks like it cleaned that fence up immediatly, even if i downstream straight 12.5% i usually still have to put pressure on wood
How are you Billy, I’ve been binge watching your videos. I’m definitely interested in doing the dumpster pad cleaning. Do you have a payment options for the training.
Check out the link in the description. I think right now it's listed at $125 but with the new content they are expecting the price to go up at any time. Also you can get in touch with me personally if you have any trouble 985-345-0778

bit.ly/BillyDavidsonResource Hey the training course is available. Click on the link above if you're interested. They're really not hard to get if you have a little guidance on it. I've been doing this for about 20 years and have learned some really good tricks. Having that reoccurring money coming in monthly is so powerful. Especially right now we don't know what the economy will be like next year so I keep them on the contract. To be totally honest it's not my most favorite thing to do in the world but I absolutely love to reoccurring money
Hey Bobby! We always spray disinfect it before we touch anything! After the disinfected sprayed sits for at least 15 minutes that's when we go in with gloves and shovels and start doing a cleanup. Because there could be so many different biological contaminants within a dumpster enclosure we don't touch anything until everything is disinfected first! But I do appreciate you watching the videos and look forward to speaking with you in the very near future!

Would I need a buffer tank for hot water pressure washing in Miami fl I’ll be buying your course soon
Hey, I look forward to working with you! You'll only need a tank if your machine uses more than 5 gallons per minute

What would be the ideal pressure washing system for dumpster pad & enclosure cleaning ? Any help.would be greatly appreciated.
I'm just starting to learn. Question...why would the business need to not be open to do this kind of cleaning? Thanks!

HI BILLY IM UP IN BOSTON WHAT WOULD YOU CHARGE FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS??
Good video, for sure a easy up sell. But i gotta ask, why wouldn't/didn't you sweep the pad first? Especially that first one.
We absolutely try not to touch anything until we treat everything with in a disinfected
Is it worth it for the client to have the dumpster moved out of the way so the whole closure is squeaky clean?
Yes but most often it's very difficult to have the Dumpster moved out the way due to scheduling. Sometimes they'll say they're going to move it then when you get there no one has ever move the dumpster container
Wow! That's waaay more than I made as a container welder for WM.

What tipe of chemical do you use for wood
Hey Billy question? Does your dumpster course talk about prices and ratios also?
Yes absolutely. Even after going through the training material if you have any questions you can always contact me
When it comes to jobs like these what do you do if there’s like grease caked on the floor. How would you go about reclaiming that water.

Do you have to have a heated unit or it just helps
We do all of ours with cold water
You don’t have to use SH right? There is no organic growth on concrete majority of the time. I can just use soap right?
You need to use sh for the purpose of sanitizing
Might have some degreaser in there too
how much should i charge for a dumpster pad ?
It really depends on your location and the size of the pad. Can you give me more information?
best way to aproach this opportunities?
Walk in? email?
Why not gather a few hundred dumpster pads and run crews doing this plus you can lock the other washing around the area
The most I've ever done on contract was about 60 a month. That was all I could really handle with our Parking Lot Striping
How do you recommend landing these types of jobs? Who do you talk to? Etc...

Do you need a mask for the chemicals?
Usually the ventilation is really good it's so long as you keep the doors open on the dumpster enclosure
