    How to find niches or need in market to build saas product

    Hey. Great video. Just a small feedback: You might consider making the videos shorter and getting to the point quicker. It literally took you 4 minutes of the video just to get to the first point.
    Don't take this as a hate. The video is pretty good. But it could be better if you got to the point quicker ;)

    Great energy TK! That was 15 mins quality learning. And YES!! I agree with your mantra.
    I'm in an early stage of launching my iOS app and this was really helpful. I'm pretty much on track and at a point in getting grip of the pre launch marketing strategies and reaching the right audience. Would be super helpful if you can share some insights on how you went about marketing your business ('pre- code').

    I really did enjoy the main content! First time watching your vids and I’ll definitely watch more, but I have some feedback:
    Half of the video sounds like a sales pitch. This may discourage new viewers from ever watching your content again, decreasing your potential audience and therefore revenue.
    The best sales are straight to the point!
    Keep up the vids :)

      That's quite obvious we are not living in the era of Windows 98. It's been a long time the Internet being there and everyone wants to build something new and get rich. Well it happens with me all the time, too :) . What I would suggest is search for some cons that the existing systems have. Come up with a great customer friendly solution for those problems. Then build your product or service that addresses those existing problems. There are always some cons in every existing system no matter how perfectly it is built. And never get discouraged when you see an existing solution to your ideas. Keep digging.... All the best.

    What does the method of building the audience and then building the product look like for traditional SaaS businesses. For example: booking platforms for businesses in a niche market

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you’re going for an existing category and there’s existing competition, I’d start by figuring out what my differentiation is in the market. I’d then pick off 10 to 50 of the buyers in that market and stress test it with them.

    You've been of great help to me, we're in a super early stage of launching a startup. We've actually built a channel to create our audience and it will be a great opportunity to collaborate with you on improving the footfall for that channel. Please let me know if you're available to discuss a little detailed on this.

    • @TKKader

      Honestly... if you can't code, and you can't get a co-founder to go in on this and code with you, then you should find a different kind of business model to acquire capital, and then invest into SaaS.

  • @MrAnjuubaba

    what if someone doesn't know coding or not a software engineer but got some ideas
    Is it possible for him to go for SaaS business, i mean for development

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      These days, SaaS is more competitive than ever. You'll need to pair up with a technical Co-Founder so you can build something that is able to compete.

    How did you research the macro trend?

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Honestly, that’s hard to explain in a comment. There’s a whole process around it and it’s what I teach inside of my coaching programs. A simple 3 step
      process won’t do it justice which is why I don’t go into it in the public videos.

    hey TK. Concerning pre-launch of the SAAS business. How soon before the actual launch of the service do you start building the audience? also concerning pre-launch and you giving out the idea of the service you're about to build. how do you manage competition during that pre-launch phase?

    • @TKKader
      @TKKader  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I say start building your audience from day 0. It’ll help you validate your product early as well. As for competition, they’re probably going to copy you once you launch anyway so majority of times it is kind of a bad excuse from deferring the activities to get your message out there.
