@@williamleibensperger7362 Since I ordered from Amazon, I asked to return first one and get a replacement. Replacement opened up easily, so first one must have been damaged. All ok now. We took wagon to beach yesterday. Wonderful!

We cannot get our Sekey Folding Wagon to open. Never had this problem with any other brand. Printed directions are useless, as they just say, “open it.”
