I'm watching this video from Manila, Philippines. I find it informative to learn that Japanese people really appreciate eating fish as fresh as they are and raw, meaning uncooked ready to be served. People with weak digestive system may not handle eating raw foods. But not so among Japanese people. Very admirable.
