Lovely scenes of the island. Very nice video and whenever you manage to post a video is great. I am a lot older than you but have gone through similar. It is only in the past few years I heard of “perfection paralysis”. A bit more to it than those two words. Learning about that has helped me move forward and try to follow the next saying which is “completion is better than perfection”. Hang in there

Chris, I found you quite some time ago through The Lodge Guys. I enjoy all the content you choose to give us and when I got the notification of a new video I dropped whatever I was doing to watch it. Hey Chris, great to see you back and again with a top quality vlog. So sorry to hear you not been feeling your best. You know we are all our own worst critics and can never see what everyone else sees. We returned from Florida last week and had amazing time. We visited your town and totally loved it. We agreed that we would love to live in Winter Garden ! We checked out Rosallie French cafe and enjoyed drinks sat outside Plant St Market. Such a great laid back vibe, wish we could have spent the whole day there.

Keep on trucking Chris, life deals some hard blows, but someone said to me that god won't send you nothing we can't handle, do I believe this? Not sure, but loving the video, a place I would like to visit but now its highly unlikely, even coming back to Florida is probably unlikely so you filming this gives me a chance to see things I may not be able to see for real in the future. Love your honesty and keep up the good work and enjoy life! btw love your accent, I can hear an English west country twang I think, I know you are from good ol' blighty. Not sure where you are from in England , but you definitely have a mixture of accents. You are so talented!

Lol. Ok so my accent. I’m originally from Richmond in London and I grew up in London and the surrounding areas, but before living in Florida, I lived in Spain for a few years and then Texas, so my accent is a little all over the place at times. It can go from English sounding to having a definite twang lol. Thank you again and hope you’re doing well :)

We see so many videos made by tourists and visitors to Orlando it's so lovely that you take us to other beautiful parts of central Florida. I am a silent watcher. But always think your videos are so well done. That said I can't even make a tik tok! I am a manager of surgery in s hospital and it is incredibly pressured. I struggle a lot feeling periods of not being well but like you say in my adult life now I know I have responsibility so manage to cope. Hope you are coming back out the other side. Xx

I can understand you being self critical , you're an artist , and a talented one at that , and you are your harshest critic, but by your increasing number of subscribers it's proof enough that we can see the talent in you . Sometimes we need to take time to heal without judgment for as long as it takes and make no apologies. True talent comes from admitting mistakes and being humbled by what other artists can do. Sometimes that is slow (or even stopped) but as long as you are facing forward you are going. We are all here and love whatever you want to share with us. Your images are beautiful and you cannot compare what you are creating to someone else’s. You bring your perspective and create from that point. Hi Chris. A wise man once told me about putting on some different goggles and seeing things through the positive pair. It's a life skill that I learnt that day and his good advice was life changing. So, as I have previously stated and will repeat because it is true, the quality of your video is by far the best of the Florida vloggers and its a delight to see you are in the right place to make a return. With your keen eye for what a good video looks like, I would encourage you to take a look at a few of the other Florida vloggers work and just compare. If you will allow yourself you will appreciate the difference in quality. Fantastic to see you back and throw those old goggles away. Best wishes.

If it helps at all, I’ve suffered from depression and anxiety for a lot of my life and a few weeks ago I got diagnosed with cancer. Obviously not a good thing but it really puts things in perspective. Live every day as happy as you can Chris! Hope you’re doing ok xx

I for one will always be here waiting for the next upload, whenever or how long between videos. You capture everything so well and almost make me feel as I'm there.
I understand your creative 'thing'. I take cycling photo's, as in racing, Tour de France, Tour of Britain, stage races for example. I managed to snag a gig of shooting the cycling in Olympics 2012.... Best time if my life...
Obviously its very fast moving, you dont think too much about what your shooting..... you just get lost in it! Before you know it the racing is over and you have hundreds of images to process (I should RAW. But, I had to shoot a friends wedding and absolutely hated it... I was so super critical of myself, and hated every shot I'd taken. I missed the arty bit, doing things on the fly i suppose. Thankfully, they loved them!
It sounds like you've found your niche, im so pleased for you, go with it and enjoy it.

I bet you need fast lenses for getting sharp shots of fast moving cyclists. I am with you. I do not think I could do wedding photography. I have done a few engagement shoots and a maternity shoot, but weddings are so important to the individuals, that I don't want that pressure lol. Again, thank you so much and I hope you are well!

Goodmorning ,missed this video somehow until last night. Life is short, you must have alot of courage within yourself to move to America. Your videos are great quality and put together well. You don't need to be perfect to be loved. Hoping you vlog while in Mexico, would be great to see some footage. Just keep being yourself. You have an awesome opportunity , you deserve.

Don’t for one second think that your content is irrelevant, as you know via Instagram (JSN) I’m currently not having the best of times health wise (in addition to PTSD/MH) and I find your content extremely motivational and once I’m feeling up to it I’m going to be dusting off my camera gear and getting back to shooting photos and video and that is down to the inspiration I get from your videos. Keep on keeping on Chris and remember it really is ok to not be ok.
