When my les paul switch is in the middle, only one pickup works. Is it definitely the switch, or could there be a problem with the output jack?

Thanks for the illustration and explanation but you have 3 posts upfront and one in the back in your diagram. But your actual switch has 3 posts upfront and two in the back. So do the hot wires go to the front two posts or the back two posts. Or all the grounds to the front 3 posts? I understand your diagram but you actual switch doesn't match it.

The back post is the two pinched together how you will commonly see them installed. You can see its two lines intersecting in a point.

Well you are a very good instructor. The drawing was straightforward, and simple. The wording was very easy to understand. Thanks so much. I wish you would do the whole wire job on a SE-335. The pots 2x vol.
2x tone. The Humbuckerx 2 P90 and the grounding and how the 3 way switch all gets wired. Is that a thing you would be interested in doing? If you are I will tune in to your video. Thanks nice job.
