Good morning, Brooke! Your drapes are dreamy!!!. They remind me of Rachel Ashwell Shabby Chic. The brass crab magnifying glass is beautiful! I thrifted a brass butterfly magnifying glass that I love. I walk around the thrift store with things in my cart, and mostly put at least half back! I need nothing, but you never know!🌺🌸🦀🐇
Yeah, I think they’re very shabby shake too. I love them. I used to own a shabby chic store.

The bunnies are cute. Im always looking at vases and fabrics too. I don’t find many good quality ones these days. I always look for nice pillow covers like Pottery Barn for the house and porch. Fun to go along as always! We’re in for a hot day today and I’m doing a painting project. 👍

I do the same thing, walking around with items and I act as if it’s already mine. After awhile I’m such a Gemini, I get tired of “owning” the object and put it back before I ever get to the checkout counter. ❤

I tried them. They’re too short unfortunately and I’m not lowering my rod because I love the pink ones I have and I have to plaster and paint and I’m not going through all that for a pair of drapes lol

I really like them, but they’re not long enough for my rot and I’m not moving it lol says that two sets of drapes are long so I’m not sure what I’m gonna do with them, but I need some suggestions. I might make some big pillows out of them for next summer.🤷🏼♀️🌸🍃🌸🩷

Hello Brooke, what gorgeous picture frames at 4:00. They are exactly what I'm on the hunt for but they are proving to be as elusive as the Loch Ness monster! But it doesn't hurt to window shop I say. Pretty pink panels for a Pretty Princess - any day of the week. My bedroom is full of pink hues and I don't think it's juvenile at all. Subtle shades enhance the mood and ambience of a room and can elevate it from soft and mild to elegant and sophisticated. From gentle and sincere to robust and refined. Yes, I think the pink panels will work very well with your bedroom style. I would love to see you checking out some of the garage sales but I know how uncomfortable walking around on those hot and humid days can be. Maybe Lori could tag along? Unfortunately, they’re too short for my windows, but I really really like them. I have to to find something to do with them. No it’s not that I have a problem going to garage sales on hot days. We just don’t really have any people sell on Facebook marketplace and very few garage sales nowadays we used to have a lot.
@@mamabrooke That's a shame. I've been scouring FB Marketplace and can't believe some of the beautiful pieces people own. Unfortunately, I just don't have the room otherwise I'd have snatched up some exquisite furniture without hesitation. As I said before, it doesn't hurt (or cost me anything) to just window shop ☺

Absolutely love the pink stripe drapery panels. They will be lovely in your bedroom. Carpenters have started demolition on my home interior so yesterday my dil and her friend helped me sort clothes to donate to 2 organizations in San Antonio. We worked 8 hrs and I was wringing wet and tired when we stopped. We’ll do it again today. My son’s 20’ flatbed trailer was full. Wow I really had lots of trash plus old cabinets and paneling and Sheetrock. I’m having my house made more accessible for when I start using a walker or wheelchair. I’m 75 and don’t need either yet but since I’m not getting younger decided now is a good time to get it done. My house is over 220 yrs old so it’s going to be a big undertaking.
You showed such good self control in passing on rabbit and sweet pitcher. I really hope I’ll be doing the same cuz now I’m clearing out my house I definitely don’t want to clutter it up again. Hi Brooke, “good on ya” as the Irish would say - we do get tempted when we are thrifting and then you come back to reality and say “What do I really need this for - just another thing to clean”!!! Have a wonderful day in your tree house, unless it’s too hot - then enjoy the evening - cause one thing I’ve noticed is that the temps go down at night to the sixties which is more tolerable! I absolutely hate when there is no relief and the temps are eighties and nineties 24 hours round the clock! Ah well have a great one!😍

Adore the drapes 🩷 could add trim to chic it up a bit 😊 The wicker basket would be great in a Ralph Lauren styled room for throws, design books, magazines. The beautiful rose china dessert and tea set would be stunning at a bridal luncheon! Love your style Brooke.

I second the motion, great to see a new video up. Your Value Village has alot of nice things. If you think your prices are high you should see what they charge here in Jersey. They are out of control. Loved that glass ornate container you said you liked but, didn't know what it was for. Great for a big bathroom to put hair brushes or cotton balls/cosmetic pads or make up brushes in maybe to display bar soaps. My bathroom is too small but, nice on a big bathroom counter. You have good self control Brooke. Loved the crab lense n the curtains look like good quality. 😊❤
