Well this video was an answer to prayer . Purchased a Paul Yaffe extended front fender for my 23 lowrider ST to keep the front of the bike looking clean and new . After 3 estimates in the $475-550 range to have it painted , I now have a much more achievable way to reach my goal . THANKS MOTOR MAN !!!
I have a 22 Lowrider S with the Memphis Shades, absolute blast to ride, I did go with the stage 2, again most fun bike I've ever ridden great job on the paint!
Great video Jerry including the painting tips! Your new bike is looking good, I like it! I would also get a laydown license plate frame to match the contours of the rear fender and tail light, perfect!! Great job.
Nice workmanship and looks sharp. The tinted shield with two vents looks great against the white. Will be interesting to hear how it manages wind at freeway speeds, buffeting etc.
Great job on the fairing, sir! 👍🏻 … will be checking out Tab Performance mufflers for sure as well. As a next addition, I recommend taking a look at Oberon Performance’s hand levers, out of the UK. I installed a set of these on my 2023 Low Rider S and they are great (for my shorter hands reach), and much improved hand controls and the look of the bike as well.
I have seldom heard a more true statement.... And its happening everywhere The US South Africa Russia The United Kingdom The EU ............ Comfortable people with no motivation other than month end!
hi Jerry, thank you for your always very informative videos, I also have a Low Rider S and I love this bike, I saw that you had changed the saddle, but what brand is it ? Personally I put a Sport Glide saddle, I find it better than the original one, but yours looks even more comfortable and it seems like it raises the position a little, that's what I'm looking for, it looks like a Standard Low Rider seat from 2018... Thanks for your answer, greetings from France...
As I said in the video, the seat is from ccriderseats.com It's a lot more comfortable than the stock seat but it puts the rider in about the same position as the stock seat.
Nice! You may have said it and I missed it, but what was the total time it took to paint the fairing? Also, I was wondering since you have a TH-cam show have you considered using the bike as a business expense and a write off on your income taxes?
Did the paint cover the edges from the angle you were spraying g in the towel or did you have to turn it over to get better coverage of the edges? Did you mask the black in the backside or have to clean off the overspray?
Hey Motorman, what is your opinion about using rev matching to slow down? Do feel it's more beneficial for high reving sport bike engines or all engines? I own a 2005 Honda VTX1800N2. I don't do it myself, but I have just recently become interested in weather to do it or not!
Yes, I have come out over 4k less than the ST. I'm going to do a video in the next couple of days comparing the S to the ST. Make sure you're subscribed to the channel and click the notification bell.
Let me ask you something. I’m a retired Motor Captain and ride a RK. I do love to practice and was thinking on getting a Fat Boy but I’m open to others. I’m concerned about the handling slow riding with the totals. Any thoughts??
Nice paint job. Suggestion for you. Did you change your taillights to LEDs and did you put the CD strobe? With only two lights on the back, Good luck getting the attention of those cagers at a stoplight. Lastly, with polyurethane paint, I sure hope you used a respirator when you painted. Trust me, I was the hazmat coordinator at my command, and without a respirator, you could do serious damage to your lungs and other parts of your body. You need to read the SDS when using paint.
Well I've had one for 2 years and still like it. No problems at all. But you can say the same about Corbin, Mustang, Lapera saddleman and well, all seats. Every azz is different.

That sounds like way too much money to paint a fender. Do it yourself. Follow what I showed in the video and use quality paint.
Jerry I’m impressed with how well the fearing turn out. To me it looks factory!
That faring is so much nicer! The destination looks way better too. Nice bike weight and seat height. Nice paint work too! Beautiful 😍
Looks great jerry, excellent paintwork, regards Mike, United Kingdom 🇬🇧 softail deluxe owner
Thanks 👍
The fairing looks good, and the seat looks comfy and stylish. Cool looking bike 😎👍

Excellent review and fine job painting the fearing
Man that's a high quality excellent job, love it , I am impressed.
Nice workmanship and looks sharp. The tinted shield with two vents looks great against the white. Will be interesting to hear how it manages wind at freeway speeds, buffeting etc.
The fairing does a good job with the 11 inch windshield. But I think I may try a 13 inch shield for even less wind.
Motor man, you didn’t mention any wind buffering
Really nice match on the paint, good work!
Jerry awesome paint job the bike looks great

The clutch lever on the LRS S is adjustable so I see no need for different levers.
Fairing looks great!
Great paint out of a can! Fine looking machine!
Really impressed, Motorman; very nice setup... good job.
marcus
I love my 23 fxlrs awesome to see the paint work, been looking to add a new fairing.
Just traded in my 2022 Iron 883 for a 2024 Low Rider S and love it!
Looks great, Motorman!! I appreciate the painting tutorial. Can I ask what height windshield that is on your road warrior fairing?
11 inch.
@@motorman857 Thanks!
looks so good jerry! looks so better in white. i have the black one just like that and its better in white agreed
Good info Jerry. Thanks.
Corruption and malfeasance in politics doesn't scare me, what scares me is how comfortable people are doing nothing about it.
I have seldom heard a more true statement....

Very nice job. Enjoy
Jerry - please do a review on the CC Rider seat you choose.

Very nice bike, a decent tourer👍
Nice! You may have said it and I missed it, but what was the total time it took to paint the fairing? Also, I was wondering since you have a TH-cam show have you considered using the bike as a business expense and a write off on your income taxes?
Probably 3 hours total time not counting the drying times.
Did the paint cover the edges from the angle you were spraying g in the towel or did you have to turn it over to get better coverage of the edges? Did you mask the black in the backside or have to clean off the overspray?
I didn't paint the edges. No over spray on the inside of the fairing.

Of course you should rev match when down shifting on all motorcycles, cars, trucks and anything with a clutch.
Looks good 👍
Hi Jerry. What color of pearl did you use?
Jerry, are you going to change the license plate frame?
Yes.
Motorman... With all due respect have you still come out ahead on the price vs buying the st version. Just curious.
Yes, I have come out over 4k less than the ST. I'm going to do a video in the next couple of days comparing the S to the ST. Make sure you're subscribed to the channel and click the notification bell.
I’m curious, how many motorcycles have you owned? Is there one you really wish you had back in the stable?
I've owned over 20 motorcycles. The one I sold and wished I didn't was the one in this video.
Let me ask you something. I’m a retired Motor Captain and ride a RK. I do love to practice and was thinking on getting a Fat Boy but I’m open to others. I’m concerned about the handling slow riding with the totals. Any thoughts??
The RK is much better for low speed handling than the Fat Boy.

All vehicles do not have to become electric only if you're drinking the Kool-Aid
Like a pro 👍🏻
Motor Man Auto Body Inc.
Do you have the direct link for the paint you used? I 'm having trouble finding White Sand Pearl on their website.
They had to put their camera on the stock paint to get a close color. I'll be taking the stock pice to them this week to get a perfect match in stock.
@@motorman857 gotcha, keep us updated!
Nice.
🤠 👍🏻
Why didn’t you get the st?!?
I don't like the looks of the fairing on the ST.
Those black spot, hole covers, spoil an otherwise nice looking fairing.
Not a fan of the Harley Flat Bar
I wil always like HD but wat is the use when all vehicles have to become electric 🤬
have to? 🇺🇸 🦅
That will never happen.
About that stupid electric driving was on the News in belgium this week . The new said for america … in 2026 85% of all vihicles had to be ev
A different administration with common sense could stop the mandatory EV nonsense and let the market decide, not the government.
I stil hope that my day wil come … my ever lasting dream come thru 🙏
Plenty of bad reviews on CC Rider seats & used ones on FB marketplace, I'll say you're gonna regret it.
Well I've had one for 2 years and still like it. No problems at all. But you can say the same about Corbin, Mustang, Lapera saddleman and well, all seats. Every azz is different.
Don’t like the faring at all.
Then don't buy one! 🤣🤣
