I'm probably replying to this after two years,but, I was recommended this video only today. Actually ASTC did have these Volvo B11R buses two years back and I did had the opportunity to travel from Dibrugarh to Guwahati and vice versa. But, these buses were discontinued due to maintenance issues. But now ASTC has partnered with CHARTERED bus operators to resume their Volvo services both B8R and B11R buses are available. There are other private operators as well who provides Volvo services under ASTC.
