@orthoriss1 As someone who suffers from sleep apnea I think nothing is more important than being able to breath. Facial esthetics is subjective. I don't know what prognathic means but I personally think she looks fine. Even if she looks worse if she can breath that is all that matters. I didn't have any orthodontics as a child, I just developed a small lower jaw naturally, but I hope after surgery my airway will be as open as hers.
