Finance in these clubs know exactly where players are and forecast payouts. They know when incentives will kick in. This is why agents are so important. Not just for a shoe deal but there is a lot of history and perspective they can have about different teams and risk and parametersaroundguaranteedmoney. I’m my city there’s a program called youth works, where they assign young men to a job and pay them through the program. I own a Barbershop so every summer I would get about 3 to 4 young men assigned to my shop. Most of them play sports and wasn’t able to be there everyday. I still made sure those young men got a 40 hour check every week because when they were there they did everything we asked them to do. The money wasn’t coming from me so why would I stop them from getting paid, plus it was my way of sticking it to a system that constantly sticks it to us.
