My dad was on dialysis for almost 20 years. The technology is way better today. Prayers Nate, his family and fans from myself and the @growingupbrooklyn podcast.
Prayers up to Nate! One of the most exciting players I’ve watched. His playing day with the Bulls was legendary, especially when he rocked the Nike Yeezy’s in game

Loved watching Nate Robinson play in Chicago! When d rose went out this man carried the team especially in the playoffs! Favorite moment watching him play was against the nets in the playoffs. Him and young jimmy g buckets were worth watching 🔥 Also loved watching state of Nate!!
The internet will say he left the public eye after the fight because of embarrassment but the whole time he fighting the toughest fight you could imagine
Love this. I played college soccer and on our school's website under my sport each player had a player bio. One of the sections was favorite athlete, favorite musician, etc. Nate was listed as my favorite athlete because of the tenacity he played with. What a player, what a person!

@@BroccoliHead7some symptoms that I had were bowl problems. I was tired all the time. I did not have appetite. And also, felt like I had depression, like sleeping all the time, being sad and not wanting to do anything. I was diagnosed with stage 5, end stage renal failure last year. The doctors will let you know if you qualify for a transplant.
Prayers Up Nate🫡 one of my fav Knicks NGL always with the energy. Remember watching the kid at UW. Great human, and he snatched Yao straight up💪🏾 Tough Hooper 🙏🏾

Nate Robinson Bulls Run Was Super Underrated. He Was Out There Killing. I Miss Nate Rob In The League Real Bucket Getter, Trash Talker, And Just A Beast A Lion Hearted Individual.
I’m a KNICKS FAN 4 LIFE and I loved Nate Robinson from Day 1 when we drafted him. I was so mad and hurt when they let “Baby Nate” go he was supposed to be a Knick for the long haul. Nate was my player on 2k before J.R. Smith. I will forever love Nate, I put money on him to win against Jake Paul. And despite the outcome I still rock with him. #holddat
@24:47…that Dreymond comment😁😂😁😂…that was me!!! In basketball soccer or football…at only 6 feet tall I was like I’ll put the enforcer in check…didn’t care how big he was…nobody pushing me around or laying out my teammates.
I just saw the story about Nate Robinson needing a life-saving kidney transplant and it touched me. I just celebrated my ninth year of my kidney transplant which happened to take place on April 5, 2015 Easter Sunday. I had my transplant at Cleveland Clinic by one of the 20 African-American transplant surgeons in North America, Dr Charles Modlin. I did dialysis for 2 1/2 years once I got on the list in December 2014 it only took me 90 days to get my kidney. I was to suggest a couple of things I got my kidney because of the opioid epidemic and someone had to die so I could live . I got on the high risk transplant list which met the 24 year-old woman died from a heroin overdose also had Hep-C. I did too, thanks to a tattoo in ATL in the 90s. There is a cure for HEP-C, after my transplant it took 10 weeks to test negative for HEP-C. Nate should consider moving to a state with heavy opioid overdose deaths or partner with a hospital in those areas. Gods BEST!
