But how CBP let him back after such a ridiculous trip? Doesn’t add up.

Great video. People do this ALL the time. "Mommy's sick" does not absolve everything. I have been practicing immigration law, mostly Asylum and clients tell you they want asylum so they can go home and see mommy or daddy and come back. It's whacked.

Great video. Some just don’t see the obvious. 😂

I agree as for current Asylum Seekers, not former from years back. For example: You're from a former Eastern Block Country. You immigrate in the 70s/80s and you get your Citizenship before the end of Communism in Europe. After the change of government, you should be able to fly back. Many Polish, East German and Czechoslovakian people fly back regularly every few years as the country that they fled from no longer exists. And what are they gonna do, strip someone of their Citizenship after building a life in the US for 30, 40 years? Highly unlikely.

Shabaz need to watch this 😂. Oh my shabaz when he said “ USCIS can’t asked me about my asylum case, it’s already terminated”. I can’t believe he is still naive even after on the show for 1,5 years.

Hey Jim. What about if a person became US citizen are they clear to visit their home country even after presidential regime has changed?

Always make sure you have a passport for a second country like Canada, Australia etc....and if you are stripped of your citizenship by US that is time of immense celebration because you don't have to pay taxes to the blood sucking IRS and can become financially free

Hi! I really enjoy watching your videos! I have a question. If I was granted asylum in the US, and currently have a valid Refugee Travel Document (form I-131), and my greencard application is still pending (I gave my biometrics/fingerprints, but that’s about it), can I travel outside the US while I don’t have a green-card and is there a list of countries I could travel to with my Travel Document (maybe visa-free)? I don’t have a national passport and I’m not supposed to use it anyway. Thank you!!

Thank you so much for this great video Jim! Question: I filed the asylum case before but then I met my now husband so we filed the I-485 I-130. If I got my conditional 2 year green card and withdrawal my asylum case (which never had any interview), in this case can I go back to my original country without any issue for re-entering the US or for the future? When will be the best time for me to withdrawal my asylum? Thank you for your time!

    Hi mr. Jim!
Please reply, I just received my asylum approval last week, and now I'm going to consider options for obtaining refugee travel documents. But before my case was approved, I was in the USA for 6-7 months with an expired visa (illegally). Will these factors affect when returning to the US with a travel passport? What are the disadvantages of obtaining a travel passport?

Can you do a video on if someone were to submit their DS-260 and then later realize that they made one or two mistakes on the form? Or if some information were to change, for instance a new passport number due to the loss of the old one ?
