I’m 44 and just had my very first horrible episode of vertigo imaginable. For 24 hours I couldn’t move without the room spinning/severe nausea/sweating/diarrhea. Dramamine original and your Epley’s maneuver video saved my life. I can’t thank you enough. I hope the maneuver works because that was absolutely awful.
I saw my doctor this morning for mild dizziness. My doctor diagnosed it as BBPV. She did a movement test and got my eyes to move. She prescribed meclizine. I’m seeing a physical therapist tomorrow to learn exercises to help with treatments. Great video! Thanks!
I have taken Dramamine every day for 35 years. If I do not take it, I will be nauseated and throwing up by noon. I’ve always thought it was an inner ear problem. I went to several ENTs and know one can tell me what is wrong. 3 weeks ago I had an audiology test done. The results were BPPV. They said physical therapy. Also that they couldn’t rule out anything neurological. So my question is, for 35 years I’ve had BPPV? It’s not a world spinning, but just a car sick feeling in my head and stomach. Really brought on by computer or reading on my phone. Any help?
What if the dizziness is due to benzo withdrawl? My Dr gave me this and Hydroxizine. I haven't tried Meclazine yet, but I do take the Hydroxizine which seems to chill the side affects down.

You gave me more information than my doctors. Very helpful!
